I Just want to write a little bit of feedback from the experience I had with Kate and Stacey, my mentors on my level 3 TA course. Firstly when I was putting my portfolio together with Kate Marsh, I found her extremely professional, helpful and clearly knowledgeable, she was an incredible help. Then once I had finished my portfolio, I worked with Stacey Bebbington for my preparation for my professional discussion and my observation. I found this part of the course extremely daunting, with Stacey's support, guidance and patience I went from worried to confident and well prepared, finishing my course with a Distinction mark. I honestly would not have been able to do this without the unbelievable work from Kate and Stacey.

Learning as a mature student
I have been supported throughout and at time when it seems a little daunting there is always your mentor/ coach to offer advice and encouragement. I am a mature student who stared this journey aged 55 whilst working a full time job so I definitely was hesitant that I could achieve, but the programme is engaging and encouraging at all times and I have loved learning again. I feel more confident in myself that I am able to achieve and it has given me a greater vision of what I would like to achieve next. My skills coach Carrie is always at hand for a tip or question that needs answering. My mentor and school have been the most supportive with encouragement at all times. I would say to anyone it really is never too late to try something new even when it seems challenging. If anyone out there wants to start or continue to study please give it a go with #BeReady!

I am currently working towards my TA Level 3. Along side this I had to complete a Level 2 Function Maths.
I have to say that initially I was really dreading this as Maths was not my favorite subject at school and not something I would have willingly chosen to do!
I have to say that my tutor Lianne Asbury was fantastic.
Lianne carefully guided me through everything I needed to do. A subject I once feared, Lianne made it fun and I was looking forward to her lessons. With her guidance I feel as though I have learned so much. A huge thankyou.

Wellbeing Course with Sheena
This wellbeing course has been so enjoyable. I’ve learned more than I ever expected, and it’s helped me grow into a more confident and capable leader.
But the biggest difference has been Sheena, my work coach. She is truly amazing, supportive, patient, and inspiring. She believed in me from day one and helped me push past barriers I didn’t even realise I had. I wouldn’t be where I am now without her.

Great company for studying HLTA Level 5 with SEN
I cannot fault the experience I am having on the HLTA Level 5 course. The work set is varied and challenging and exactly what is required to gain the skills and knowledge to equip one to become the best HLTA possible. The blend of theoretical and practical elements offers an effective balance. My skills coach Mark Sussex has been amazing! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is hugely supportive. I look forward to my online meetings with him as I know that by the end of the meeting, I will have a clear understanding of my next task. I have completed my level 3 in early years with SEND and completing it with BeReady has been the best decision that I have made. My tutors were amazing and supportive and always believed in me even when I had doubts about myself but they always lift my spirit and made me realise I can do it.
