I’ve just completed my Level 3 Teaching Assistant course with BeReady.
The support I received from my skills coach Gemma and my EPA coach Stacey was fantastic, they were so patient and understanding, always available to answer any questions or help with problems and guided me through the course brilliantly.
The course itself was great, the online training and learning helped me achieve a distinction.
Would definitely recommend this to extend your learning.

Enjoyable and helpful. A great experience
Really enjoyed the course I did. (Health and Wellbeing) My mentor Angela Frackleton was amazingly supportive and made me feel very relaxed during facetime meetings. She helped me along, making sure I was on the right track and always being there when I needed it with great suggestions (not answers) when I got stuck allowing me figure things out for myself.
Learnt a lot that I have been able to put into practice to help colleagues as well as reigniting my passion for learning.
The course itself was structured well, I didn't feel under pressure with the assignments and its had the added bonus of being able to help my colleagues thus creating a great team to work with.

I had an amazing experience completing…
I had an amazing experience completing my course and it was all down to my skills coach - Sarah Shaw. This year was very challenging for myself, and at times i found it very difficult to manage it all, however, she was amazing. She supported me throughout by being caring, understanding and helping me keep everything on track. She went the extra mile every time to a make sure she marks everything straight away so i could move onto to next step, she provided different options for me to complete my assignments and she would always give me a little head up of whats coming up and how to better prepare myself. Generally, the course was very interesting, it covered mostly everything that we do day-to-day as well as providing me with more knowledge to understand topics in more detail. the layout of the programme also was well delivered and it was easily accessible.

We have had a phenomenal experience with Be Ready for our employees apprenticeship course.
Senior Skills Coach - Angela has been an amazing pillar of support not only to the candidate but to me as a mentor.
Structured approaches which were personalised to the candidate and our school. Flexibility in getting the KPI's and off the job completed in a way which worked best for the candidate during the process, taking into consideration school needs and personal circumstances.

I have found my experience to be extreamly positive, supportive and friendly.
