Fraudulent company
Horrible, fraudulent company.
I placed one order and it never arrived. Now they keep sending me daily spam and cannot unsubscribe (the unsubscribe button does not work, in direct contradiction of EU laws). No one ever replies to their emails. I hate this company.

Refused to accept my return
Refused to accept my return. After almost 2 months of checking, they claimed it was dirty and they could only refund 50%, since they could no longer sell the article as new product. However, the article was no longer available in the store page anyway.
After threatening them with legal actions twice, I finally received my refund.

No credit card payment
I registered and placed an order. When I tried to pay a message said "Payment method not technically supported" or some such.
That was a credit card.
Well, I do hope they have enough customers using PayPal to support their business.

Don't Shop here if you want your purchased Items to arrive
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. For two consecutive days, I was informed that my parcel would be delivered, but it never arrived. Instead, it was placed in an unmanned parcel box without a QR code, leaving me with no way to access it.
I needed the parcel for Saturday, and this delay was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer service, there was no answer even after waiting for 20 minutes. There wasn't even a tone to indicate whether I was on hold or if my call was being processed, making the experience even more frustrating.
This entire ordeal has been ridiculous, and I will never shop here again. The delivery service is terrible, and the lack of effective customer support only compounds the issue.

Shopping on bergfreunde.ch everything seems to be handled in switzerland and swiss franks, but the transaction is handled outside of switzerland so you will be charged foreign transactions fees by your bank.

Returns are not free despite advertisement!
They prone a 100 days trial but you still have to pay for full merchandise earlier. Doesn't make any sense!
Also, and this is definitely not clear, they will choose to charge for a 3.95 CHF fee if you send back some items. Therefore, if you return all the items they won't charge anything.
Does this make any sense?!
All I got were automatical answers, the return service was super slow.
I asked for a QR code bill for the 3.95 CHF they are asking (while I purchased for more than 300 CHF of marchandise) but they are not able to produce such a bill.
I have no idea how they manage they finance but I did find that they were not commercial at all.

Very slow in communication
Very slow in communication. We received a wollen panty with a hole in it. We had to mail, wait and phoned before we received a return label. And now we have to wait long to have our money back. Tracking says they received the parcel on 31/01. Now 09/02 still no money back. A big item to improve.

Disasterous - Avoid at all costs
Placed an order, 35413508, only to find the message "ATTENTION! We are currently experiencing shipping delays. Thanks for your patience!" on the order confirmation. Very odd as they guarantee 8-10 business days delivery to Ireland.
I queried the issue and said that I expected my goods in the advertised time frame (8-10 days)
My order was immediately cancelled and I now await my refund. The cancellation email indicated an immediate refund but this has not been done, again we have dishonesty.
This is awful customer service and a very dishonest company to deal with. I can only assume that they are advertising stock that they do not have. People purchase online based on what is advertised, when that turns out to be lies then people get very frustrated.
How they can be a member of "Trusted shops" is beyond me.
Thoroughly frustrating experience with this amateur outfit. Please avoid this company.
Aissa could do with understand english before working in customer service.
EDIT: Bottom line is that you could not fulfill an order under the terms clearly advertised by you on your website. You have lost another customer and your communication is dreadful.

BAD--- Klarna only for bank transfer
Kind of a scam...
They accept Klarna, but just for bank wires and not for "usual" payment terms (3 installments, interest-free).
On top of this, I have registered and I can't get rid of my account. Better buy everywhere and not to waste your time with these folks!!!

Terrible online shopping experience
After shopping in the online store for about an hour, I wanted to checkout and just when I was directed to PayPal, the price of the cart went up over 40 EUR. This is ridiculously bad for 2023 and unacceptable.

Poor delivery times to Spain
Products are a good price, but very slow delivery time to Spain. Bergfreunde.de website states delivery will be within 3 - 4 working days. Realistic delivery time to Spain is at least 10 working days. This may be due to the courier contracted by Bergfreunde.de, since delivery sat in the depot in Germany for a week before despatch to Spain.
