I started buying products since 2019, I have never had anything to complain about. On time deliveries, fast returns, top products.

I gave Bergfreunde a second chance after a previous order was cancelled due to their internal webshop error and I only received a 10% voucher. My latest order (tracking CH516361221DE) reached Croatia but was returned to sender with ‘unknown recipient’ even though Bergfreunde confirmed in writing that my address on the label and in their system is correct and identical. Croatian Post stated that only the sender can initiate the official inquiry, yet Bergfreunde refused to take responsibility, declined further compensation, and won’t reship until the parcel physically returns. After repeated delays and poor communication, this is no longer acceptable. I will avoid future purchases unless customer care and logistics improve significantly.

They took an order for delivery in Belfast, and it was slow but i tracked it to Dublin, then realised it had been returned the supplier, much to our disappointment! when I emailed to ask why, they then notified they couldnt deliver to Belfast! So why dont they say that in the first place, they shouldn't have raised expectations by taking the order in fact! Very disappointing

Communication with end customer is disaster. No tracking number, no information regarding delivery and status of delivery. I've made payment on 04.10. and received information for expected delivery date on 13.10. Today is 16.10. still no sign of my goods. I've sent mail to your customer service two days ago. No answer. As a sales company that works with end customer you should invest in your customer service. Automatic reply after sending mail to customer service is that reply should come in 2-4 working days? Today is 24 th of October. 20 days after I paid and you didnt return me my money. You act like some second grade sweat shop from Middle East. Shame. Despite your discounts I would definitely recommend all people to avoid buying from you. Pay more and get decent service and get your goods on time.

Items arrived within the deliver estimation and without excess packaging. From coats to t-shirts, all clothes were well made and true to size. Returns are straight forward if needed.
