Probably, my favourite online shop at the moment

Great selection of quality clothes, including some North American brands (Patagonia, Passenger), hard to find in the EU. Decent prices, often offering discounts. Absolutely flawless Customer Service, both, by email and phone. Fast deliveries.

The best online store in the EU!

The best online store in the EU. All year round sales and not the 5% that other stores give. It must have the largest stock in Europe. Had so many things delivered for my outdoor adventures not a single thing ever happened. I am really grateful to have them at a click of a button!

Great services

Great services and products especially from my favourite brands and in good prices. The shipping and the package is excellent. It could be an extra discount offer for the activated members.

Excellent shopping site

In my opinion, Bergfreunde.de is an excellent shopping site. They offer a good variety of items to choose from, and there’s always something on sale if you’re hunting for a deal. Their service is also great—shipments are prompt, and their support system is responsive.

I did have a minor hiccup once with an item missing from my box at delivery, but they resolved it quickly and refunded me in no time. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this shop to others!
