Dr Indraja Velickiene Was very patient with me, the appointment was booked and took place very quickly, she made me feel very safe to speak openly and i found her very professional and extremely easy to speak to. Id definitely recommend her!

Dr Spencer was very easy to talk to and receptive of my experience with adhd. I would recommend him to others.

Booked on Monday and assessed remotely on Wednesday. The assessment was thorough and well run. The report arrived two days later and was clear and detailed. Dr Colbourne was professional and has been helpful since. Would recommend.

Dr Claudia was so gentle and caring with my son. She patiently explained the process and guided him through with skill and professionalism.

Friendly, helpful and informative. I am NHS right to choose, and changed to Berkeley after diagnosis from another RTC provider. They were very helpful from the time I rang up asking if they would take me on for titration after ADHD diagnosis from another provider. I was given all the information and details my GP needed to do the referral and within one month of being referred I had a video consultation on a Saturday morning with a lovely clinician who didn’t rush me and I was able to ask question. Within a few hours my electronic prescription was emailed to me and I was able to take it to a nearby out of hours pharmacy to collect it. From my dealings so far I would thoroughly recommend

Fairly simple, quite quick about everything and its working well for me. Staff are very friendly.

I chose Berkeley through the right to choose system my doctor referred me for.
I cannot recommend them enough, from diagnosis to titration of my medication.
I felt I didnt explain myself properly in my assessment as i have alot of memory gaps from my childhood,but Doctor Hill eased me through the process and obviously saw signs I probably didn't realise I had.
I am now in titration wirh Mrs Henal Dravid who is easing me into medication and listening to my concerns with care and attention.
At the age of 54, Berkeley psychiatrists have finally found the cause of my troubles, and fingers crossed I am starting to feel like I can live life in relative peace and happiness 😊

Mr Farbod Zoroaster is a kind, cordial and knowledgeable consultant. He listens attentively and maps the safest and most efficient route through one's titration process. I'm very grateful to have him as my prescribing pharmacist. I would also highly recommend Berkeley Psychiatrists in general. Everyone I've encountered has been excellent at what they do and very pleasant.

My experience doing ADHD titration with Lucy Campbell at Berkeley Psychiatrists has been such an amazing experience. Dr Lucy was knowledgeable and has really taken great care of me as I've tried medication for the first time. She is proactive and positive and great to work with. She found the right medication and dosage for me and worked with me for months until ready to let my GP take over. I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience with titration!

I also had great waiting times in terms of getting assessed and diagnosed with ADHD, Berkeley Psychiatrists have made everything smooth and made it a very positive experience. The only times I have struggled have been with reception - sometimes I found them unhelpful and had to chase them down multiple times for help or follow through with appointments, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

But from my diagnosis appointment and from working with Dr Lucy, it's been a 10/10 experience. Thanks so much!

I just had my ADHD assessment with Dr. Shafique and i am so pleased with how everything went. As expected from me, i went into the meeting feeling quite anxious and nervous but she managed to make me feel really comfortable and the test turned into a relaxed conversation, with her reassuring me every step of the way. The care was timely, informative, personalised and delivered with genuine kindness. Nabeel answered all my questions about my medication thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. I felt listened to, reassured and well cared for throughout the appointment. Excellent service.

Very personable and professional experience, able to relate quickly and understand personal circumstances and advise how to progress effectively. Did not feel rushed or pushed into a process that I was uncomfortable with.

Clinician communication in appointments and after medication prescribing was excellent. I felt informed and confident and so relieved after waiting years to address these problems.
Administration team effort was effective and timely getting me my appointments and enquiries responded to.
The only delay in this service was an ECG requirement for safety of a medication that required a partner clinic that had a 6 week wait time. I could understand someone being disappointed at a large delay like this, but it just so happened to align with management of other health conditions taking priority in this interim.
I highly recommend this clinic, and just want to advise future users to anticipate a delay for ECG monitoring requirements in patients who have cardiovascular risks like family or personal history.
It was probably 4 weeks instead of the listed 2 weeks wait time to first appointment (if I remember correctly).
