Terrible customer service with regard…

Terrible customer service with regard to using their vouchers. Myself and a few friends were given vouchers at Christmas. As the website shop has not been working for some time now we all contacted Berto Brownies to ask how we can redeem the voucher. We contacted via social media email and WhatsApp. I did get an answer eventually and they confirmed that an order was being sent out (other friends have not even had an answer) however the order did not arrive. When I contacted them again for delivery details so I could investigate the missing order they did not reply. That was over 2 months ago and they are still ignoring my messages. As they are with the messages my friends have sent. Poor customer service.

Best brownies in Scotland

Have ordered these Brownies twice now - once to a friend in Glasgow as a birthday delivery and once to ourselves in Edinburgh as a lockdown treat. Cant be faulted!
