Fantastic job from start to finish, I was kept up to date with installation dates Lee even called to let me know how long the journey would be on day of fitting.The shutters look amazing and he was very careful and clean and tidy brilliant job done, and I have asked for 2 more fittings for upstairs .

We’re absolutely thrilled with the shutter blinds fitted by Alan and Damien. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The blinds were measured perfectly to size, arrived exactly on time with no issues, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free.

I had shutters fitted to my front windows. From initial meeting to fitment Alan and his team did a first class, thorough and professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan. Look no further if you want an all round quality job.

Just wanted to say what a great company they are. Alan is great. My blind had broken (string snapped) 3 years after installation and therefore was out of warranty. I called Alan, who not only remembered the job, but said he would come over within the hour!! Transpired I had not been operating the blind correctly, which is why the string broke. Alan repaired the blind on site and it was all back in place within a short time. I got a lesson in how to operate the blind correctly too!! With all of that, Alan didn’t want to take any money from me… I couldn’t believe it!! I forced him to take a little something for repairing the blind for me… I was so appreciative that it was fixed so quickly. Alan is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone !! Thanks so much!

Chris fitted shutters on our windows and French doors and we couldn’t be happier with how they look. The whole process from order to installation was quick and smooth. Chris was punctual, polite and tidied up as he went, and did an excellent job with the fitting. Happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend.

We recently had shutters installed in our kitchen by Bespoke Window Furnishings and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

From the very first sales and fitting appointment, the experience stood out. The gentleman we dealt with took the time to really understand our requirements, offered thoughtful advice, and never felt pushy or overly sales-focused – which we really appreciated.

Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept well informed about progress and delivery timings, and the shutters arrived exactly in line with the original time estimate, which is increasingly rare these days.

The installation itself was completed to a very high standard and met (if not exceeded) our expectations. On top of that, the installer was professional, friendly, and a genuinely nice chap to deal with – the kind of person you’re very happy to have working in your home.

Alan fitted our blinds a couple of years ago and they recently stopped working-entirely our fault and nothing to do with the quality of the blinds. They were also out of warranty, but Alan still came out promptly and fixed the issue, charging only a very nominal amount. He is incredibly friendly, professional and his workmanship is to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend Alan highly enough.

Alan did a fantastic job installing our shutters. From the start, he was clear and transparent about timings, and the installation was completed to a brilliant standard - which lots of our family and friends love!

What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. A year after the installation, we had a freak accident that damaged the shutters. Alan came back straight away, as friendly and helpful as ever, and fixed the issue without any fuss.
