He was also very competitively priced and there was no pressure selling, or any false marketing gimmicks. I would highly recommend.

I recently used Bespoke Window Furnishings after seeing their fantastic social media adverts and five-star Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

I emailed them to request a visit for measuring and to talk through the options, and they replied immediately. One of their main fitters, Lee, came out and explained the whole process clearly. He talked us through every type of shutter they offer, the different materials, and the delivery times for each. He then measured every window and door in the house that we wanted doing.

We chose our shutters from their huge range, placed the order, and before we knew it they had arrived — the lead time was impressively quick. Lee returned to fit everything himself, and he did an absolutely outstanding job. His workmanship is honestly second to none, and I say that as someone who professionally snags houses every day.

He completed every window in our home, including bay windows and French doors, and nothing was too much trouble. We’re absolutely delighted with the result — the shutters look fantastic and the quality of the fitting is exceptional.

Lee was extremely careful while unpacking, assembling, and installing the shutters. He avoided any damage to walls or reveals, made no mess whatsoever, and left everything spotless — you wouldn’t even have known he’d been.

We genuinely don’t know how we’ve lived so long without shutters. They’re brilliant: they give you privacy, add a great feature to the house inside and out, let in as much light as you want by adjusting the angles, fold back completely like a bifold door, and can even act as blackout blinds when needed.

We are currently painting and decorating so will add photos when the painters have finished

After removing my initial shutters we found there were issues with the finishing of the windows I had installed last year through another company. He was professional, patient and honest… he could have easily gone ahead and installed the new shutters without communicating the poor window finishes and was super patient with me whilst I had that problem resolved.
10/10 for customer service!

New thermal bi folding door blinds fitted today! Really pleased with the appearance and effectiveness on these attractive blinds. Chris completed the installation efficiently whilst demonstrating the functionality. Blinds look great and nicely compliments the kitchen’s overall appearance

Alan is an extremely dedicated professional. I went to 6 different suppliers, who all told me that the day and night pleated blinds style I wanted were not possible for my windows, prior to being referred to Alan. Not only did Alan find me an excellent quality product that worked for my windows but he also went back to the manufacturer post installation to obtain magnets and returned for a second time to install these to ensure a perfect fit. Meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. 100% recommend
