Good service - No problems
The items ordered arrived promptly and as described. I had to make contact with the store regarding my payment method but they were very helpful and professional.
My only very slight grumble is the very limited delivery options (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). Although next day delivery is good, as the only option it makes for expensive delivery (20% of the order value). I would have been happy with a cheaper option as I didn't require the goods immediately.
That said, great price to start with and excellent service.

As the title suggests. I had researched the best passive cool box. I bought it from bestbuys as they were half the price of the leading camping stores and I recently found they were a third of the price to my local supplier

I ordered a bulky item, which I had been searching for, and found it here at a great price. Placed my order a about 9 pm on Sunday, with standard delivery.. Confirmations by email Monday a.m. and on Tuesday P.M. it was delivered. Thank you to both The Great Outdoor Store and Parcel Force.
