very pleasant and helpful team
I had to contact Bestbuys to arrange return of an item that was not what I expected, they could not have been more helpful in arranging the return or for their concern over keeping the cost of return down for me. They did their very best to get a replacement for me explaining the cost of the replacement would not be effective for me as it was a single item they would be supplying. I will not hesitate to refer to their website again in future when looking for gear.

We recently bought a Clementi Family 80x60 wood fired oven after seeing and tasting a pizza cooking demonstration that Adam was doing outside the store. John and the team were really helpful. Brilliant service - we would highly recommend Bestbuys.
