Went to collect to their Penang office…
Went to collect to their Penang office to collect my won items from the auction.
Except for this helpful Malay lady who was helping me, none of the others were even bothered to interact or help. They were just too cold and engrossed on their world.
It appears that they are more than an auction house. Dealers in paintings and other merchandise.

Payment issue
Paid full amount(deducted from personal account already) within the stipulated time and according to the instructions given(that includes proof of payment from the bank via email to their finance team). I’ve informed the staff in whatsapp such that I’m ready for collection. The staff told me to provide screenshot of the receipt. I’ve told them it was already provided in the email as instructed, they refused to accept that and I’ve to again provide the screenshot. During collection, this time the staff didnt ask the screenshot but he said the amount is due to pay. I was really really agitated and angry because I’VE ALREADY PAID IN FULL. Eventually, they did gave me the item and the invoice(still assume me not paying). I’ve to remind them to give me the payment receipt INSTEAD OF INVOICE. Too me it was a very bad experience. In fact on their website, my lot was still stated as ‘Payment Due’, it seems still not getting updated from their side and as though that I have not paid. Hope you’ll improve in future.

Shipping
The delivery/shipping is separated from payment. Shipping need to contact another person which i find troublesome.
