My printer was not working and because it out of warranty I had to pay for advice. After several hours of testing it was concluded that the colour cartridges was faulty and the technician stated that he would send a replacement. This was three weeks ago, I have still not received a replacement and the printer is not working.

I contacted HP to find out if I could renew my HP warranty on my computer and the person, I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
If it were not for some delays with processing the initial order I would have given 5 stars. But once collected it all went very smoothly and the laptop came back working fine and even looking better after some minor refurbs they carried that weren't even part of the order. Such as replacing a damaged USB port flap and fitting rubber anti slip strips that had come off the bottom of the base base.
Very efficient and easy to use service with very helpful staff.

The computer is fine. I was offered extended warranty at a price. After setting up my computer (two days later) I took up the offer and was charged £10.00 more than the offer. I spoke to the HP help line and was told this was an old price, no help at all. I think this was false advertising and was misslead.
Simple to renew and feel comfortable for another year.
The support engineer took very little time in understanding my issue and helped to resolve my questions.
I called help center and I talked to a very pleasant and nice lady called Anya. She was very helpful and sort out all my issues remotely. She made sure all the issues were resolved.
Support solution was unsuccessful. Was told to contact Vodafone re Full Fibre not connecting and case would be left open for 30 days. When I contacted Vodafone, they checked everything and said if Ring, Tapo and other devices could connect them it had to be an issue with the printer. Returned to find my case had been closed! Only way to speak again was to pay again. I explained that Vodafone said it was the printer hardware. I requested refund of the first £22 and second £22. No response. No refund. Now I have an HP Smart Tank 7305 £280 useless printer that I considered was an investment in Mar 2023, had my case closed when it should have been left open and am also out of pocket for the £44. Why do consumers have to pay for product support. I think it is quite disgusting!

I cannot praise this service enough. As someone who is totally computer illiterate it is so refreshing to have someone who can explain things at my level. The fact that you can actually get through to a real person is phenomenal in itself.
I placed this order on 4th June 2025 but did not get any confirmation nor an order number until I spoke to Assard at HP on 9th June.
Following that, any attempt I made to enquire about delivery using your online form was totally ignored. I finally telephoned on 24th June and spoke to Miguel who was, to my relief, extremely helpful and made sure a confirmation email was actually sent to me. However, delivery of the item was further delayed until 4th July.
Completely unacceptable customer service and I would not have even given you one star had that been possible.

Absolutely disappointing service. My laptop was not working. after paying 25 euro to have a call with a service person they decided that motherboard needs to be changed and charged 450 euros for that. When laptop returned from repair I switched on the laptop and I see the monitor shows random lines. They didn’t even try to test the repaired laptop. Now trying to call them nobody responses. And my emails responded after a week without any result. I am stuck with my laptop after paying 470 euro for repair! I cannot believe this from hp! Disappointing !

I was sold an extended warranty package, however HP Service will not honour it because my printer was already out of warranty, something I was not informed of, when purchased, I have been chasing a refund since the 4th June 2025, filled in their online form 2/3 times, still no response or refund.

It was easy to order my new printer via a phone call, as I needed to make sure that their tec department would help me set it up.
Even paying for it felt very secure as I was diverted to a seperate page,=.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SERVICE. Spent ?20? minutes waiting for various representatives to find my Best2Serve order over and over again before I could even start support. Then two advisors proposed wiping my laptop without bothering to warn me I'd lose all data. In the end, they didn't even look at the laptop or try to diagnose the underlying problem, just went for the easy option: a wipe and reinstall which I could have done myself. I do wonder how much knowledge they had ... Anyway, it should have been a quick process but it took them four days of abandoning calls before we'd finished, then not calling me back when they said they would ... so four days of me not being able to do my job properly. Spoke to a different person each time: most needed things explained several times, a few had very poor english. Asked them to do diagnostics on the machine when it was back up and running to check they'd actually fixed the problem but of course: they never called back ... So I gave up and bought a new laptop just to be able to work. Expensive waste of time
