Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. Over two days and still not had a technical resolution. The staff are indifferent the service is non existent.

NO customer service, huge bills, customer service answered by lawyers!

I would NEVER use this firm again!

Unable to find help

I was unable to find help on either of the queries I had.

With one printing problem I did find advice but despite choosing my printer, the menus that were shown did not correspond to what was available on either my printer's control panel, nor the downloaded software.

I feel robbed

I feel robbed. 300 SEK for an call of 3 minutes, troubleshooting that dont work.

Then they offer me a 300$ window installation. ??? Luckily, i happened to have a friend that solved my issue with the desktop.

Disappointed with Best2serve

Best2serve did not get my printer connected to a new router.

Finally managed to get the supplier of the router to send an engineer to fix the issue so the printer is working as formerly. However the suppliers charged me £40 for their service.

Purchase of extended warranty

I found the experience easy to follow and complete which helped me to complete the relevant areas required to make the purchase of my extended warranty for my recently purchased laptop.
I did not encounter any obvious difficulties throughout the process which has not always been the case with other products.

First time to buy Microsoft software…

First time to buy Microsoft software and can’t find any help to install it. Technical team transferred me to Post Sales, then Post Sales said they can’t find my order number, transferred me back to Technical team. Technical team said, I need to contact Microsoft. My purchase is a Microsoft software thru HP. Microsoft says I need a 25-digit activation key, not 20 as provided by Best2serve.

HP’s email to me is not of any help at all…

2 year Care Pack doesn't last 2 years

I purchased a 2 year Care Pack for a brand new HP PC but it only gave me 1 year 7 months extension. I've complained to HP 2 weeks ago including providing my original proof of purchase but so far no response, very poor service in my opinion.
PS thank you for your response to my message, the end date has now been corrected.

Major Refund Difficulties

On 14.04.25 purchased technical on line support at a cost of £21.49 paid by credit card in relation to issues with my HP Printer. The telephone conversation with the technician was good with the technician explaining that due to the age of the printer the fault unfortunately could not be fixed.
He suggested that we purchase a new HP printer and after asking my budget suggested a model which I purchased. The technician then informed me that as a
“Gesture of good will” the initial cost of £21.49 would be redeemed to my credit card.
It is now over 4 weeks and I have yet to revive my refund. I have made several telephone calls but on each occassion have received conflicting guidance.
I have no issues with the support supplied by the technician however the refund process is extremely lacking.
