Scammers?

After having placed an order for just £7.50 my bank notified me of 2 payments, one for £16.19 and another for £9.0. I paid using PayPal. The prices they quoted for the item and postage do not include VAT! Hence the £16.19 and £9.00. Because of their error I decided to call them to notify them. The call lasted 7 minutes. I then had a charge of £5.33 from O2 because the number they give is a premium number! So one item that was 7.50 cost me £16.19 + £9.00 + £5.33!!!
I have sent an email complaining but guess what? No reply. Is this just a scam or what…

Impressive service

My original order was not available and I was informed straight away. Helpful advice was given on a substitute product and the difference in price was immediately refunded. The order was then processed very quickly and delivered without delay. Very impressive.

Headset didn’t work with 3 of our…

Headset didn’t work with 3 of our radios . Support was appalling. Told to by another set if we didn’t want to send it back and wait for there engineers to check. Had a rush job on a boat so didn’t have time to. As the headset was obviously faulty …

Just seen the reply from Best4Headsets… if there customer support system doesn’t record calls I can send them the date and time of the call I made and I was put through to 3M specialist team I am sure their call recording system if they have would be an interesting one for quality control of customer experience.

I had a mixed experience with Best4Headsets on best4headsets.co.uk. Customer service was helpful when the product I ordered was no longer available and offered a discounted alternative, which was delivered quickly. However, I encountered issues as the kit I received initially didn't work. Overall, an average experience but there are some positives to note.

Does what it says on the tin

Does what it says on the tin. Really good quality ear defenders which fit well and allow you to hear conversation/instruction whilst protecting your ears from shotgun blast on a driven day. Excellent product, highly recommend.
