Had 2 and both broke snapped at the foot bar while I was on it one snapped after 2 days of having it no safe at all cheap metal cheaply made

ordered a spray gun 2 weeks ago. Says on the site delivery is 2 to 6 working days. Emails haven't been responded to. No update emails, no meaning reply on the online chat. Just a horrible service and company

I'm 65years.just had a back operation and this machine is awesome.ive had many different machines in my life,this is so so good.really can't praise it enough.get it and enjoy .

Very happy with the fast delivery time and absolutely love the Ab booster plus it enables a good workout without taking up to much space.

Abs booster arrived within a week unlike some of the stories of waiting over a month. All the parts present. Easy to put together.

But the handles snapped off during use on second day of arriving. Dangerous piece of equipment! I requested refund through PayPal dispute and have received it.

The actual idea behind it is amazing. And am looking for a decent quality (and safe!) one. Little bit like going up and down on a see saw. Only need a small space for it

I received my Abs Booster last week. I love it. I actually don't like exercise but this is different. I'm slowly building up my count. Highly recommend!

I have had my Abs Booster for about 3 weeks now & can honestly say I love it. I get bored with exercise very quickly. Not with this. I am gradually building up my times and very happy with it all round. Definitely recommend this.

Good and fun exercise machine. It could be made of stronger materials to make it more stable and screws to put it together were also pretty rubbish. It also took me a long time to receive and I did not receive confirmation of dispatch for many days after ordering. Overall, happy with product but I won't be ordering from Bestdirect again.

Ordered easily and delivered quickly. Easy to put together and although seemed a little flimsy at first it works well and seems a great workout. Time will tell but you certainly feel a burn a few minutes in. Not sure I'd manage 30 mins YET and I am not an unfit person.
Did find the rubbers squeak a little on a hard floor as you bounce up and down so placed the equipment on the carpet and it's now squeak free.

Had a great experience with an unfortunate ending. The ordering itself was easy enough but to be safe I covered myself by using PayPal linked to credit card....just in case there were issues. I received an email with shipping/tracking and waited. About a week later (enough to get me a bit impatient) I received an email from the courier..Hermes! We have your BestDirect parcel! Yay! And that’s as far as delivery got! Contacted Best Direct who were fantastic! Kept me up to date with progress and a week after raising my issue I was fully refunded. The staff (real people unlike Hermes) were brilliant! Professional, courteous and really knew their stuff (I believe Chloe was one such staff member and she was fab). I was offered a replacement but having had numerous issues with Hermes recently I declined albeit reluctantly!

So I'm updating on my previous review!! I have now only given the ab booster 3 stars. Delivery was quick and I can notice a difference, however the machine is flimsy and moves around while you are using it and it constantly squeekes which is annoying.

Ab booster plus arrived on time and was fairly easy to put together with two people although instructions could have been a little clearer. I have been using since the beginning of June 2020 and was disappointed to find the counter has malfunctioned ALREADY. I have replaced the battery but the display is non existent or patchy at best. The machine has an annoying squeak which has not subsided after oiling. Has anyone had any problems with the counter ? I would have thought for the price a decent counter would be included. I have had a cross trainer for over 5 years and no such issues. Disappointed.

I bought exercise machine from best direct it cost £119 when it arrived there were no screws washers etc I told them they said they didn't manufacture product so could not supply me with screws etc I have tried b&q and all hardware stores no one has these screws. Best direct says best they can do is refund me £15 absolute joke I'm left with a machine I cannot put together do not order anything from them

4 stars for delivery in comparison to peoples negative experiences with delivery. My item came within 7 days of purchase (5 working days, 7 if you include the weekend). The product does feel flimsy though and worried it could break eventually. But overall used the item twice and pleased. Easy to use for home cardio. I am a beginner but was hoping for something with more intensity and resistance so i will probably purchase separate weights

I dont want to give this company any stars. Appalling I rang on 23 may to order abs booster I held for 19 minutes they didnt answer. I have just had my phone bill and they charged me £12 for the call...it shouldn't be allowed absolutely disgusted

Fast delivery on my ab booster and very well built. Harder than it looks. responded fast to questions on the chat bot.
