Great place for FX
I’ve been using this exchange company for many years and the rates are usually very competitive. Most of the time, their exchange rate is slightly better than other places. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I ordered Euros and Czech korunas…
I ordered Euros and Czech korunas online to be collected today (Sunday) at Strand branch, I even got an email and text message confirming my order is ready to be collected and branch will be opened until 16:00, however, upon arrival at 13:00 to collect my currencies the branch was
closed with a notice on locked door saying store be closed until 13:25. I assume its for staff lunch break which is understandable, but the lunch break closing times could have been clearly mentioned in the email and Text message, which was not so I could have schedule my travel plans accordingly, but they never did, appalling.

On this particular occasion the payment…
On this particular occasion the payment system crashed and despite my waiting for a three attempt reboot, which took over 15 minutes, I still could not purchase my currency so a disappointing experience as missed 2 trains to commute home and still had to leave without my pre ordered currency.
