Rude Staff
Your rep BINOY refused to complete the transaction because I did not show him the name written on my debit card.
I told him to first show me where it is written that this needs to be verified despite having my drivers licence freedom pass with me.
I have been to this branch many times without being asked to do this!!!

Outstanding flexibility for order placed online
I ordered a couple of currencies online but was unable to make it on time to collect them that evening. The following day, both rates had changed favourably for me. Despite any order being kept for 24 hours, I called the selected store and they agreed to cancel it, thus allowing me to reorder both currencies at a better rate. Stellar service, kind and efficient staff!
