I have put an order in but it won't let me pay,bought from you last year beautiful Christmas x4 thought I get the same this year but cant get to pay,please help

I order 3.5 to 4 kg of ribeye and I recived pic of smelling crap ill never buy anything from you guys again and definitely not recommend you to any one waste of money

2/10 I guess.

The chicken - it was so off when it arrived it practically walked out of the box, I did email in a complaint but no reply.

The sausages - what a weird texture and tasted weird. Stick with Aldi ones.

Bens banging burgers - i think you need to sack Ben mate, made my partner very ill

Sirloin steaks were alright I guess. Thin cuts tho.

Gammon was just the usual packaged one, probably from Macro.

The black pudding was the only redeeming feature.

I would avoid at all costs, half of it went in the bin

Firstly I have never had a problem with the Meat, always found to be of the best quality but the customer service is like nothing I have ever received in my life, with my package being left outside on the street for the world to see in the sun (yes Meat in the sun) and then taken by a chancer I questioned why this was done rather than contact me, the customer service agent was very rude and done everything in their power to call me a liar, took zero accountability, told me they did not care as they done what was required of them, I was really hoping for a solution or help but instead treated like a crook, I questioned the service and got no where, advised what my next steps would be and will never use again. honestly for me to write a review let alone a negative one has taken a lot as this is not my usual way of handling things.

To quality, meats, excellent delivery, fast, reliable, just all round.Top place to order from.

Customer service is appalling. Parcel never arrived. Trying to get a replacement became impossible. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. I will update

I'm a carnivore and eat mainly beef, i ordered 3kg of ribeye steaks - not sure what these were but certainly not ribeye steak - tough as old boots and inedible as steaks - will grind some with beef fat chunks and see what the mince comes out like - won't be ordering again that's for sure.

Excellent value for money, I ordered the £65 box buster deal with a beef joint add on for 99p and I can’t believe the joint of beef I got, incredible. A few of my friends and family are ordering as I type this review and I will definitely be ordering again.

Unfortunately they have gone massively downhill since we last ordered over a year ago, which is a shame as we hoped to go back to regular orders. Very poor quality products.

Chicken breasts were due to go off 21/09 and completely rotten (slimy, off colour and smell of rotten eggs). Had to bin them.

Burgers were extremely poor quality meat with a odd, tough consistency like pork.

Meatballs were also very poor quality meat (even compared to budget supermarket ones). Full of gristle.

Sirloin steaks poor quality.

Other meat not at all as pictured.

I ordered for the first time as it looked like a great deal. The items that arrived were not strictly what was ordered, some of the items were squished beyond recognition and the company have not been helpful in the slightest.

Disappointingly the company changed the website between placing the order and the delivery turning up.

I am left with meat that is going to go into the bin as it is not eaten by my household. Thankfully I have actioned a charge back and will be able to retrieve the balance I paid. I would avoid at all costs and stick to your friendly local high street butchers.

EDIT: Company has now blocked contact however a charge back has been actioned. The company seem to be under an elusion that this is illegal on fresh produce however this is not the case.

I ordered my parcel on 13th August to be delivered 15th August. Got a message saying out for delivery with DHL then won't be out till 18th August. I changed date to 19th August as I would not be home on 18th. Got a message on 19th saying out for delivery checked track order and now saying delayed contact sender. I have emailed used messenger no reply. Tried a mobile number no answer. Money has left my account and no delivery. Total shambles of a company that you cannot speak to anyone. Would not recommend or use again.

Taken delivery of my order today very impressed, my first order had a slight issue with delayed delivery but no fault of best meat and cannot fault there customer service in rectifying and delivering me a new meat parcel which i am extremely happy with it . Would highly recommend and will be reordering thank you .

1st order items missing and under weight, i was happy with the steaks, refunded a week later , 2nd order items replaced no notice waste of money , steaks ok tho , 3rd and final order charged double for delivery they really didnt want to refund me lol steaks under weight but not a lot , not using again , butcher cutting skills 3/10 prices, 7/10 on the steaks avoid everything else

Mystery box just received plus a few extras, but the mystery box worth 69.99 was well worth the money, the thing I like about the boxes is the sausages due to the variety and the mr marinade bags packed full of flavour, but all in all the meat is spot on no matter what you get! Can’t wait for the grand re opening

For a first time customer, we were so impressed. We ordered the flash sale for £55 and extra sausages and minty lamb chops too. We have had 4 meals so far and the meat has been out of this world. We will be definitely be ordering more at the end of this month. The delivery service was also fantastic!!!

Just got my meat half hour ago and for 130 quid may I just say wow. there is so much meat well worth the money and smells delicious. cannot wait for bbq tonight. thanks again I have definitely found my new butchers.

Second box I've had from best meat. And again superb. Steaks, chicken, pork steaks, mince, burgers. I mean what more could you ask for.

3rd delivery we have had, great quality. Got a months worth of food for half the price of what I’d pay in the supermarket. Fresh and dated well too and NO vacuum packed mince 🙌
