Friendly and helpful staff
Needed a suit for an upcoming interview and it has been a while since I'd been sized. Eoghan at the Jervis store was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave great recommendations and made the whole experience very quick and enjoyable. Genuinely couldn't have asked for an easier experience or better service.

Ordered trainers for my partner, there was a mix up with the same day delivery. When I reached out to customer care they went about and beyond to resolve the issue. Barbara, she was great. Her services were excellent. She knew how to match pants to blazers to shirts and shoes. I went in to buy a pair of pants. I ended up buying a blazer and two pants. I was almost gonna buy a shoe as well. She was really great.
