The store was quiet for a Friday with myself and one other customer who was being looked after by staff. I was offered no help by any staff member despite there were 3 idle staff members, there was little to no interaction even when completing my purchase. I am quite disappointed by this seeing as the other customers got an extremely personal experience i imagine the store focuses on making the customer experience and pleasant as possible and I can say I left today with no intention to return completely due to the lack of customer service.
