Got what I ordered in a nice amount of time.

A surprisingly enjoyable buying experience.

36 inch vanity cabinet: No interior support panel for cabinet or drawer glides. No assembly directions on website or on Youtube. No assembly directions provided with product. Bad quality plywood box- cam screws and cam locks could not hold. This cabinet will not be able to support a stone countertop and sink without added corner, middle and side supports. Front panel is not installed evenly. Doors are not installed evenly.

High quality cabinets with incredible adjustment capabilities to allow you to achieve those tight lines custom cabinet jobs require.

Took about two months longer then quoted and delivery showed up with a girl who told me to unload the truck. No lift gate. Total nightmare to deal with.

I ordered the RTA Fresno Grey cabinets for a new install. Communication of order processing was good and the cabinets were delivered in seven (7) working days. The boxes were damaged during shipping but the cabinets were not. No replacements or returns were needed. The instructions for assembly are very bad, hard to follow and incomplete particularly with the lazy susan. We had to buy most of the hardware because what was provided was inadequate. The average homeowner with basic tools would not be able to assemble the cabinets. Upon opening a cabinet box, you will discover at least six (6) different lengths and types of screws with no identification. It is a complete guessing game as to where or how the screws are to be used. Assembly requires advance building knowledge and techniques with trade tools for correct installation and long lasting endurance. We did speak with customer service who was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and courteous. Once assembled, the cabinets, along with the pulls and handles purchased through the website, are wonderful and would recommend this site for cabinets with caution regarding the assembly. The assembled cabinets deserve a 5 rating but the instructions and assembly process was so difficult and terrible the overall process should be rated a 2.

Excellent quality and fast delivery. They had exactly the style I was looking for. I have received tons of comments on how beautiful my kitchen is.

Easy to assemble and install, good solid construction. When there was a defective part, Customer Service was quick to send a replacement part.

Horrible customer service!! I may not be the greatest kitchen set up person which is why I've been calling before I purchased the items. Every time I call the gentlemen is always rude and giving an attitude. He's always advising me that the information is located in their website as if I didn't already do that plus the final time I called could hear him sighing throughout or conversation. Extremely unprofessional! I'm unsure if the person who answered was the same person or if there different people but if that's how this company engages in potential buyers, I will definitely look elsewhere based on my customer service experience!

The idea to create kitchen online to me was terrifying, but I took a chance. The people i was working with on this project were very responsive to my emails, I called on the phone couple of times and staff were nice and patient, answered all my questions. I was picking cabinets myself and warehouse crew were super friendly and helpful. I love the way cabinets look. One thing I would like to improve were the instructions how to put the cabinets... more clearly, step by step ... I did it myself and it took me awhile to figure it out, but if you have a professional helpers that won't be an issue for you. Overall, cabinets look great, service was excellent. Thank you.

If I can give a zero, I would have. It took forever to get the cabinets and a total of 3 1/2 months to get the toe kick. The packaging was sloppy and there was damage done. The design is minimalist. I’m not happy with this company. These people can care less once you paid for the cabinets. Go somewhere else.

He's been a great help with kitchen planning ideas, cost saving measures, and made ordering very easy.

The design service and the customer service was great. Our designer RB was very patient with us, attentive to our needs, he did a great job with our order. The cabinets were at very good quality, came packed well, on time, nothing was damaged or missing.
