Did not assist with issues with shipping company as a result refused to receive cabinets

After looking around for cabinets, a friend recommended Best Online Cabinets. My experience, from designing my kitchen to having my cabinets shipped, was fantastic. The designers were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and emails (there were many)! I have zero complaints!

Love the cabinets - still however waiting on dwr fronts for 2 faulty drawers. Slow process in getting fixes

I would not recommend. There are other companies that have the same cabinets at lower price with better customer service. My cabinet came in all damaged and it was noted by the freight company. This was last out of 3 companies that was responsible for delivering my cabinets and they already had noted that the cabinets were damaged in their paperwork. When I called the company they said I need to accept the cabinets or get charged restocking fee and delivery charges. unacceptable since I did not pay for broken cabinets.

Great effort getting the order out initially. Unfortunately, one cabinet was badly damaged by the shipper and so my job is now stalled, with 9 of 10 cabinets assembled and installed. Quality is as good or better than I expected, and service by Anthony and the BOC crew has been great.

Not bad overall. The cabinets are pretty nice for the money, but I can't say I was thrilled overall. The shipment was not in great shape and tho they replaced a few items, I had to use some damaged pieces out of necessisty. The service was also just ok. I will look for alternatives next time.

Dont be afraid of shipping. If it is damaged they will make it right asap. Get the samples you are interested in to see first hand the quality of their product, you wont be sorry.

The instructions for the lazy Susan cabinet were lacking in detail but a call to customer service got us what we needed. 3 doors were not correct but another call to customer service got it corrected. I would order again.

The quality was very good but it was timely and not that easy to put them together as the instuctions are not well explained. I also had a problem with the slides in the spice cabinet and they sent me the wrong slides, they need to make sure whomever is handeling corrections is knowledgable.

The description on the website makes these cabinets sound very promising but we were very disappointed. The price point was great but that should have been a clue. The quality is pretty poor. Assembly is more difficult than many other RTA cabinets. We got the White Shaker Cabinets and they chip and split easily. The doors are very difficult to adjust and make level. A few items were delivered damaged but I will say the company had great customer service and replaced the items right away at no cost. They didn't even charge me for the touch up kit that I forgot to order. But overall the cabinets don't stand up to the quality we thought we were getting so we won't be purchasing them again.

I CAN’T BELIEVE THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PUT THE CABINETS TOGETHER. If I had known the recycle bin was FAKE wood I would never have bought it. It is taking 2 guys an hour to put the bin together. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS. If the failure to give instructions is a mishap on your part, I hope you rectify it FAST!

I've only gotten some cabinet samples so far...but the quality is wonderful, customer service is prompt and fantastic, and they've got a lot of unique cabinet options! Plus, the shipping of my samples was super quick!

The cabinets are great! They are very solid and sturdy. I love that they are made from plywood, and the finish is beautiful! There are two reasons I'm only giving them 4 stars. One is that the doors are made out of some kind of fiberboard. When I drilled them fo put handles on, they definately weren't made from solid wood. The other is hanging them. They are very heavy, and putting a french cleat or something on the back for hanging them would have helped tremendously.

just assembled two wall cabinets. The quality was pretty good. The instructions were not so great....just picture diagrams. Mostly though they go together well. The materials looks sturdy, and well machined. However ONE wood screw, when installed, did split the end grain of the plywood....had to back it out, toss in some glue, and hope it holds. Generally, i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the materials and painted finish though

On BOTH cabinets the front face did not fit on properly, and i needed to wood rasp the plywood edges of the box it was to fit to a little so that the face would sit flat to the box face.

Also, there is NO instruction on how to screw on the door hinges. Which is too bad because there are also no pre-drilled holes in the box for the hinges. After searching online forever, i found you are supposed to "put a thin piece of cardboard" between the box face and door edge when installing the hinges "so that the door does not pinch the box face".

So...maybe some better instructions...with some words about the details?

The cabinets are really sturdy and are made exactly as described. They look fantastic and I am very happy! The customer service is kind and responsive. My order had a couple of mix ups and so I had to call to get the correct items shipped, which the company did with no hassle, but of course it did mean delays, etc. One thing to be aware of: if you get cabinets that need skins, the skins are very thin and do not want to lie straight or stay in place. You may be better off purchasing extra panels to use on the ends. Also, do open and check every box -- the only damaged piece I had was a refrigerator end panel, but I did not open it until I was ready to use it, and by then it was too late.
