We booked a flight from the website
We booked a flight from the website. This was for the visa purpose. Theu provided a ticket which didn't have a valid pnr. And the visa consulate emailed us asking for a valid ticket. Then they send us another ticket. We shared the new ticket, our visa got rejected. This was the first time we used dummy ticket.
They told us that it was an issue from the lufthansa airlines. But if there was an issue like this and they knew this, why would they provide the ticket in their website?
We got refund from them after tax.
But pathetic experience and I wont recommend it to anyone. Thinking about filing a case now.

However, we cannot guarantee that a reservation will be accepted in every case, as requirements can vary depending on the embassy, the specific visa application, and the other documents submitted.
Regarding your initial Lufthansa reservation, the reservation was active and valid. All our reservations are issued through GDS systems. However, some airlines do not allow reservations booked through an agent to be verified directly on their websites. That is why, when you contacted us, we provided another reservation that could be checked online.
Based on what you described, it appears that the embassy may have required a fully paid flight ticket rather than a reservation for your application.
We’re sorry that your visa application was not successful this time. We have already processed a full refund for your order, and we hope the refund will be reflected in your account next week, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Great service and excellent customer support! I had an issue with the route on my ticket, but they fixed it the same day and supported me throughout the entire process. I presented the ticket at the embassy, and my Schengen visa was successfully granted. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them!
