Best Onward Ticket Reviews 

We have used this service quite a few times and get quick results never had a problem with it. Our last, outward, booking got messed so had to leave a day later. Bestonwardticket extended the validity of our onward ticket for two more days at no charge. This was really helpful and we didn't have to buy a new ticket.

Update: They reached out and offered a full refund because of my feedback. While I appreciate the good customer service, the risk at the airport is still too high for me to try it again.

A complete waste of time and money. I used this service for a flight reservation, and they sent a message stating that since it was just an on-hold booking, no e-ticket number would be issued. However, when I got to the airport counter, the airline staff strictly demanded an actual e-ticket number, not just the reservation code. Because of this, I was forced to buy a last-minute ticket right there at the airport. Using this Best Onward Ticket option was an unnecessary expense and an absolute waste of money.

The booking remains valid and verifiable through the airline's reservation system during its validity period, but since no payment has been made to the airline, an e-ticket is not generated.

Fine, it worked for me, and just as well as they asked me on my flight from BKK-MNL - i booked while i was waiting in line (which took 30mins); the checkin lady looked like she was checking details too; it says reservation only but it sufficed enough for her - whether or not in future they require a full booking who knows. In any case it gave me flexibility as to when i wanted to leave my destination as opposed to having to definitively book an exit before i go. Good luck finding refundable tickets these days they only give you credit minus a % if you go that route. This route gives peace of mind for those who need flexbility. Make sure you have a backstory planned too in case they start snooping, don't be THAT guy to ruin it for the rest of us.

Very convinient service. received my reservation in 10mins. Had to change it to a different reservation due to some reason, that was done by their staff without any additional charges.

I received a flight itinerary but when I tried to find the reservation on the airline's website, it doesn't recognise the PNR. I've tried to email them, they have no contact number which is a pain, and I'm getting nowhere with them (all for the 24/7 hours support). I'm now going to be speaking to my card company to report this as a scam.

Edit: received confirmation that a refund will be processed.

The worst ever service. During flight selection I have selected a flight and I got a different flight in the itinerary. There are back and forth emails going in and it hasn’t been solved yet. Do not fall for the 5 star ratings in the reviews.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Fake Ticket and Zero Support. This company sold me a completely fake ticket. The airline had zero record of my reservation. I verified this multiple times directly with the carrier. bestonwardticket customer support has completely ignored my messages for already over three days and still ignoring. Ironically, the only email I received was an automated request for feedback. I was forced to buy a ticket from another provider. I am now working with my bank to file a VISA dispute under Reason Code 13.1 (Services Not Received). Avoid them at all costs!

UPDATE:
First of all, I did not read the response from BestOnwardTicket here (in trustpilot). Why? Because I received a personal email from them—from a Mr. David. His email was full of lies, so I am not interested in wasting my time reading any more of their falsehoods. The clearest proof that his claims are completely baseless is that Mr. David claimed they never received any email from me. If that is true, why did I receive an automated confirmation right after sending my first 'PLEASE HELP' email? The confirmation stated: 'Thank you for contacting Best Onward Ticket. You are very important to us... We will contact you as soon as we review your message.' Yet, they never followed up. It was only after I reported this scam to my bank and received a unique transaction detail (ARN) that things changed. Once I emailed them with this ARN, they replied immediately. It seems you literally have to threaten them just to get their attention.

I really appreciated the way they paid attention to details.
I would recommend this service to everyone as it's 100% genuine and trustworthy!
