DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They never sent me a confirmation and then they sent the wrong item. They offered a 5% discount if i kept the wrong pair saying it cost them too much to ship, refused to send me the correct pair, and only would give me a refund if I returned the item which cost almost as much as the sunglasses. They are cheap knock offs and its a SCAM and they provide no customer service!!!
Scam web site - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wanted to return the cheap knock-off Maui Jim sunglasses I ordered. They continually gave me excuses about how expensive it was for me for the return shipping. Instead they offered me a 10% discount which they never applied after repeated attempts on my part to get them to apply the credit. They were able to take my money right away but kept making excuses as to why they could not refund me ("please be patient", "our systems are down", etc.). Total rip-off. Then they had the gall to say I could get a 15% discount on my next order. Sorry, will never order from them again.
Scam!!!!!
You order a product for like Forty dollars plus pay $20 for shipping. They send a dollar item and when you complain and ask for them to send correct item. They try to offer you a 12% refund. When you tell them you want item I paid for, they request $33 for shipping. They tell you if you want a refund you have to ship item back and give you some BS about how expensive it will be. If you press the issue, they tell you can not ship it back because they are not prepared to receive items.
Total scam !!!!!
