The drone took a couple weeks to arrive, it’s not uk based. If the drone arrive in working order would be 4-5 stars review.

Lack of communication.
Only helpful when i asked for a refund,got a partial refund.
The product took so long to arrive.
I thought it was coming from the UK because of the company name,it came from Hong Kong.
If id have been aware of this id have not ordered from this company.

The drone arrived before Christmas but we still have this bad feedback. We apologize if there is a delay with your order. But try to understand that once we have shipped the package, we have no control over the process of delivering a package. Also, we all know last month is high season, from November we are working on our drones but still do not have enough for the high demands we stated in our previous email chat as we are based in the UK, our warehouse is European, and we work with several logistics centres. If there is high demand for orders, we will ship from the different warehouse or logistics we work for, so that is the reason why your order is from Hong Kong. But this year we are working with a lot of stocks here in the UK so we won't experience any shortages. We have also upgraded drones here in our UK warehouse. We have a much better deal this year and our shipping is as fast as before, returns / refunds are easy and offers finance paid 3-4 times. Cull refund given despite it going missind
Having ordered the drone there was a delay morgane from uk drone coukdnt have been more helpful the drone had been stolen but uk drones gave me a full refund and even said if it turned up i coukd keep it this was a birthday present so was very much apreciated
