Not impressed thus far
Not impressed thus far. 6 days since I submitted a Warranty Claim- apparently no one has been assigned to my claim and no indication as to when I may hear.
When telephoning no help at all. Poor customer service. Not what I expect from Bestway.

I wrote to Bestway through Amazon on 8th June as the pool delivered was not the size I ordered; it is much smaller. However - The box and printed on the pool specified the correct size, 412 X 201 X 122 cm, and the side of the pool states this size. But once the pool was filled it was just 4 meters long. This is my 4th Bestway pool, and I am very familiar with the product -I filled the pool in good faith and have since had no real assistance from either Bestway or Amazon.
I have sent photos to Amazon, as requested. Clearly showing the measurements - and written to Bestway themselves - providing all the information and photos requested. On June 11th 2025 I was advised the case was passed to the Bestway technical department. It is now July 8th and I have had no response.
I also contacted PAYPAL in late June - And provided all the details- and they too have taken no action.
This is not acceptable.

Very poor customer service
What a shame. Placed order for delivery yet for some reason the item kept getting delayed. Tried to engage customer service and it is clear they are either overwhelmed or just don't care. I ended up having to speak to the CEO of the courier company for them to resolve the issue. And then I get a reply from Bestway Customer service to say it was delivered is there anything I need help with.
*Not sure what you mean. I reached out to support , ecommerce what difference really neither responded to the issues got email that said you delivered and we remain at your disposal. Not a mention of multiple emails no response or lack of and I had to contact the courier who have confirmed the issue was with Bestway*

BESTWAY GARBAGE
I was given a notice by Costco that my spa was re alled. I submitted a picture of my then wrecked spa...(this was the second one I had purchased). Someone at Bestway could not be bothered to zoom in to the picture of the re all product number, so I was denied a claim. I have the re all notice, I have the pictures....but the treatment I received via a phone call was unproductive and unprofessional. I will obviously not be spending any more money on a piece of garbage, and bestway cannot even seem to make it right.

I would give them a zero if I could. I bought an outdoor show, it lasted 10 weeks and when I called them they told me there was no warrantee..BEWARE…THEY DON,T STAND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Poor quality pool construction
We purchased our 12x24 frame pool in March of 2022. We put the pool up in June of 2022.
In June of 2024 the one side of the pool gave way and collapsed. All the water came rushing out and into our shed and sunroom area. It was fortunate nobody was swimming in the pool at the time or there would have been injuries. We had to dismantle the rest of the pool and throw it out.
Upon dismantling the pool and cutting up the remaining liner we found that the frame pieces inside the liner foot straps and the top support rails had completely rusted out. This was not visible as they were within the liner. The frame comes with a 2 year warranty and we were 3 months outside our warranty having purchased it in March 2022. Rust and to that extent does not happen overnight.
So this frame had been rusting for months maybe more than a year. Very lucky nobody got swept into a jagged broken rusty frame piece while swimming and the collapse! The company said they cant do anything and offered nothing as a resolution. Not partial compensation toward a new poolnothing.
We previously had an intex pool and will be buying another one. The only reason we switched brands was because our intex was demolished in a hurricane and the size of pool we wanted was out of stock and not expected to be back in stock for quite some time.
The liner was also much thinner than the intex pool right off the bat. The pool was installed on flat level ground with 4x5 thick horse stall mats and ground cover tarp underneath. I would not recommend buying this pool.
User's recommendation: Do not waste your money on this pool.

Purchased defective item that put family in danger...zero customer service …
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Purchased a giant h20go Bestway giant inflatable unicorn island. It cost me approx $400cnd near end of summer season (beginning of September 2023). A week later house sold so we stored it in our bedroom closet still in box with receipt taped to it. This spring we brought it out and blew it up. Took it out in the water ....it has been wet for less than 30 minutes ....my son stepped from one side to the other and fell completely through the bottom. Customer service is completely negligent. I have warned them about a seriously defective and dangerous product and they really could care less. Only interested in where it was purchased....Walmart Belleville. I informed them when. They said try and return to Walmart it is not our problem. Walmart said this is clearly defective and needs to be taken up with the manufacturer so I did. I explained to bestway that it is difficult for me to call due to hearing issues and they said get a friend to call. I'm thinking you're typing to me right now why? Anyway my son was temporarily entangled in the net he dropped through on that floating simply shifting from one side to the other. He could have drown if he was not a strong swimmer or if he had struck the rocky bottom. Bestway is NOT concerned if their products injure a child they have no interest in fixing this. I change my review if they step up but until then ... spread the word. If you are going to spend 400 dollars on a giant family inflatable don't choose Bestway products because if something does go wrong and a child is injured they're not going to do anything. Do your research and find a reputa le company

In 2021 we purchased a Lay-z-Spa / Bestway Maldives Hydrojet Pro. In the beginning of the 2024 summer season - after enjoying the spa for 3 summers - the pump refused to switch on (causing an E02 error). A careful investigation led to the conclusion that the circulation pump and the water sensor were both malfunctioning, which seems to be one of the frequently occurring problems.
I contacted customer service and the disappointing response was that they could not help me because they only provide support during warranty (!!?). They could even not direct me to a site where you could get these spare parts because they didn’t offer them on their website.
It’s very disappointing that a company spends a lot of effort in commercialising their products and only helps customers during the 2-year warranty and doesn’t even provide an easy way to purchase spare parts for frequently occurring problems.

Rubbish Customer Support
Bought our third dream air airbed, but shouldn’t have done as none of them have last more than 12 months, I’ve tried to make a claim as this latest one is only 11 months old, I purchased from Argos and they told me to contact the company direct, phoned them and recorded message said to claim on line. I didn’t have a warranty, but as it’s within their 12 months guarantee that should be enough. Nye impossible to get the form through and now been told to contact customer support. I wouldn’t buy from this company again if my life depended on it.
