Very poor service from Bestway
It takes around an hour to get through to customer service by phone, and they quote 7–10 working days just to respond to an email. After waiting more than two weeks for my swimming pool order to arrive, I ended up ordering the exact same pool from Amazon, which was delivered the very next day.
When the Bestway delivery finally arrived, I rejected it because I no longer needed it. I'm still waiting to hear how to return the additional items, such as the pool cover, as the returns process is far from straightforward.
Overall, the customer service, communication, delivery times, and returns process have all been extremely disappointing. I would avoid purchasing directly from Bestway and would recommend buying through a retailer instead.
