Great Saber, in 7 Days at Home

I bought the saber for my 12-year-old.
At first, it was delivered 7 days after I placed the order in the online shop. Nice job, thanks.
The product is solid like in the description. Even I was skeptical that the blade will be smashed after a few rounds of “testing”, but it works fine. The hilt is doing a good job and the material is a nice pick.
Even a 12-year-old is playing with it, there are no scratches on it or spots where already the color is gone. The light is solid all over the blade and brings a nice feeling and look even if is still day outside. It is really made for playing and not just for being lurked at. And just for that, I would say 5 Stars.
The battery that did come with the saber is a good one, but sitting so tight that I was afraid to break some parts by taking it out to load it in a proper charger.
Big thank you for this product, my son is loving it and would even rate a 10 Star XD.

Great products, but need imporevement in customer service

The quality of the lightsabers I ordered was great, it is easy to understand their functions and play with them. The sound and the motion effects make you feel it's a real lightsaber and if you have more than one you can battle with each other, which is quit fun. The only thing I believe the seller should improve is customer service. English version should be implemented, it was so difficult for me as a none German speaking person to order and when I had to contact the seller it got much more difficult (they were responsive and helpful, but to be able to reach them was pain). Also, I think improvements to the automatic emails should be made and the links sent to track didn't work for me, I had to go to official FedEx website to find my package (where again improvements on how to handle issues should be looked into). I ordered from Bulgaria, which is in the EU and received my package 2 weeks later. Even this feedback package is in German, put an English version, I have to look everything using an extension which is google translate...
