Site really doesn't give anything back. Had huge losses despite changing games and bet size, the more you bet the less you win and when a bonus round finally comes, it doesn't even give you back 10 percent of what your losses are. And to make matters worse game cruelly tempts the jackpot before taking all your money.

This casino is one of the top worse. I play Merlin’s 10k all the time. The game never pays only if you bet .20 when you go up on your bet. You will literally lose hundreds of dollars and not one bonus. If you do get a bonus the denominations are the smallest and never triggers. You never see any big dollar amounts. You only get 2 yellow symbols to ever match up. Simply the worse, I know you won’t win all the time, but to not win something sometimes is horrible

Close your account or restrict you when you make money at their expense. No doubt happy to see people homeless if they are bad at betting.

Scam site, no problem taking my money for two years then when you win 2000 euros suddenly they cant transfer money to the bank they took hundreds of times during those two years? Joke of a company! Karma is on the way! :)

I have never experienced anything as distressing as dealing with Bet365. After accepting a settlement back in July (£122), Bet365 still hasn’t paid me. My withdrawal was “declined” and returned to my balance, and for over a month now I’ve been stuck in a loop of live chat dismissals, over 60 emails, and repeatedly being told to “provide my bank wire details” — even though they already held my ID and used my Halifax bank information previously.

I’ve offered safer alternatives (PayPal or a new debit card – both listed as accepted on their website), but they refuse and insist on full bank details, which I no longer feel safe giving after data concerns. My account has been permanently closed, so I can’t even add a new card myself, yet they tell me to “log in to withdraw” which is impossible.

The emotional toll of this has been severe. I’m dealing with a very ill family member waiting for surgery, my health has been impacted, and I now feel pressured and bullied just to give up or accept their terms.

I have now issued Bet365 with a final legal deadline of 6 September 2025. I’m demanding the original settlement plus compensation (total £300) for the distress they have caused me. If they fail to pay by then I will be filing a small claim in court and I’ve already reported them to the right regulators I also have screen recordings proving I can’t access my account even though they keep telling me I can.

This experience has broken any trust I had with Bet365. I would strongly urge others to avoid this company — especially if you value your wellbeing, data security and fair treatment. Once things go wrong, they simply do not help you — they wear you down.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. If you’re thinking of using Bet365 — please think twice.

Ten x better than any bookmaker outside the uk all you people who signed up to Gamstop 80 % never stopped betting they just went to curacao instead. Well I’m coming home and staying home and will probably be a long queue behind me. Gamstop was a huge mistake because It sent all the betting money to curacao. I wouldn’t NOT reccoment this at all, you don’t win you don’t get close to the money you have put on and the promotions are rubbish, i would close your account and try Vegas casino or Virgin casino as the promotions are better and they have a better win to loss ratio or even better still don’t gamble your money to these apps as 9 times out of 10 you don’t win they are all scams but people don’t realise this because they are chasing money for example you can out £20 on and do spins of £1 at a time the wins are something stupid like 0.04-0.10p per win if you win. do yourself a favor and put the money your savers or withdraw your money in cash so you can’t spend it on these kinds of apps BET365 you should be ashamed of yourself seriously

It’s so bad.. from 35 spins I haven’t won anything, anything!! I’m playing with 1£.. how is that?? It’s unexplainable to me.. how many times it was like that I can’t count on my fingers.. customer service is useless as they say everything is as it should be. Useless customer service, I wanted to find out why my account was restricted and some incompetent person, who had NO CLUE sat there could give me no information, then I was told the decision was made by some kind of relevant team, I asked for CONTACT to relevant team, vote quotation of some paragraph as a response. I think that relevant team don't even exist. Waste of time and people who sit there are incompetent and they know NOTHING

Got my account closed by the admins for absolutely no reason. Did nothing wrong and was given no explanation whatsoever. Looking at all the negative reviews it all makes sense now.

Now and then they have betting in running. Usually the have betting suspended. Should rename the firm Bet(ting suspended)365
