Ive been with bet365 for some time now and i occasionally put a bet on but use the casino mostly. Ive had wins and losses and more losses than wins ofcourse. Recently i had a decent win of £80 from spinning at 10p which really took me by surprise as normally i get about £5-10. Stupidly i put all the winnings back in which is my fault obviously but just remember we are the ones in control.

Awful bookmakers restricted me for winning a few bets. What you bet for. When you speak to them all they say Traders decision no reason why. I tried SARS request that didnt work. When they say they review you account they dont. Not worth betting 20p on anything. Am not even a big better. With the government taxes on betting you definitely dont want to be loosing customers.

I expect an answer of some sort.

Been with them for a few years and were my go-to online bookies. Out of the blue received notification that my account was being restricted. By restricted they meant that it was worthless with most things being taken away from me and single bets being restricted to -get this- 89p.
Asked them why and they wouldn't say why but I'd had a decent week and made 2 withdrawals that week so I suspect that was the reason. They're happy to take your money for a few years but once you take some back they throw their dummy out of the pram

Didn’t resolve my login issues, then banned me from having an account, even though i have never had an account, nor conducted any business with them.
Looks like i got off lightly reading some of the reviews on here.

This is horrible as I won and can’t cash out the chat advise someone will call from over a week , once they rang and hang up I send many emails they happen to call after one week I spoke to agent Emma she was good , I got my account up and running she advise to keep her up date with I try withdraw and if it stays too long I should email her , I screenshot and send an email thinking Emma will reply the odiot who got the email seem to can’t read and went ahead and block my account again for no damn reason .. I come to the conclusion that these agent can’t read and customer service is not there job skills they said they work 24/7 but takes days to respond.. this app really suck

Why is it that every football team that 99% should win are losing every leauge every game the punters had enough with woke football punters are being scamed every day 100% cheating it's a disgrace to sport punters out their 2025 is the year that thease company will lose millions I've been betting over 40 years and never witnessed anything like governments should ban online betting then we can see real football any gameing commissioner who allows this including the fake uk one should be sent to prison ilegal fraud activity at its best

Terrible Live chat support, no help, doesn't even respond with the right answers. The Live Chat bot does a better job than the actual agents. My account was closed and I tried to contact them to reopen the account and they replied with. "You are not able to reopen the account due to terms and condition". When I tried to ask for why, they respond with nothing but the same thing so I dont even know why my account got closed cause I didnt even do anything on the website and they dont even want to give me the reason. Terrible Casino Site DONT even waste your time on it.

Avoid Casino as many have already stated. The RTP is horrendous.if you are lucky, have a 10 or 15 free spins, you will get paid 0.1% of the the number of spins. If you're new you will be welcomed with few wins. After that, they will be emptying your pockets. I didn't bother contact the customer service after reading the reviews. The only positive thing is that the website is easy to navigate.

This is the worst betting app ive been with they have asked me to prove my identity which ive done they then say your account is restricted i can't see why ive never won on this app hardly bet so have not been making a lot of money which makes me suspicious what if I did win money would they pay out think people better think twice before using this company go to a more established company terrible company

Support used to be good, but is now awful. Virtual assistant is a complete waste of time. I got sick of going round in circles. Impossible to chat to a person.

I can confirm from the customer service of this company that if you have ever blocked yourself either with them or Gamstop for example.
They clearly don’t care as they don’t have a profile on Trustpilot.
Be best if the company didn’t even exist.
