I went on their website today to check some odds and asked me to log in so I went to join as at this point didnt think I had an account with them, got though putting details in just for it to say I may have an account already to my surprise so I try recover it and it said to contact customer service qouting code LL01, the web chat who are like robots just repeating themselves constantly, they said my account after review was closed with immediate effect, amd wont be reactivated I also cant sign up for a new one, they had no information to why leaving even more confused and frustrated they literally treat you like ive you have done something wrong, I man why wouldnt a company let you sign up? Why wouldnt they want to clear up what was wrong? Far as im concerned someone could of made an account in my details and im having this issue for no good reason, i hardly ever bet and know ive done no wrong so I dont know why bet 365 treat people so wrongly.
Poor customer service no phone numbers to speak to anyone, chat wont put you on to manager, they just miss treat you and give you no reason for it. Im forced now to make an official complaint via resolver.
Horrible company who treat people like dirt they do what they want and dont care about customers especially autistic ones who are let so confused by their actions. Where do I begin… What started as a simple verification procedure eventually turned into an experience that felt like I was participating in an administrative version of Survivor — but without the island, without food, and especially without any form of communication. For the verification, I was asked to upload identification documents. That’s perfectly fine, of course; safety and checks are important. So I dutifully submitted everything: passport, bank documents, everything sent in neatly and clearly. To be honest, I thought this would be sorted out within a few days. Maybe a week at most. Oh well, what could go wrong?

Well… apparently everything.

Because after uploading the documents, the long wait began. And wait. And wait even longer. At one point, I started to seriously doubt whether my documents might have been printed out by accident and taken to headquarters on foot via a pilgrimage through Europe. Because it remained completely silent. No updates, no clear communication, no “we are working on it,” nothing. Radio silence.

After a few weeks, I decided to contact them myself. You think: maybe something went wrong, maybe something is missing. But oh no, I received a standard reply containing absolutely no useful information whatsoever. The kind of reply where, in hindsight, you think: an automatic toaster might as well have responded to this.

So, more waiting. After a while longer, I contacted them again. Once again, the same answer. Literally copy-paste level. I started almost memorizing the text. If I had received it just one more time, I probably could have recited it at a poetry evening. Meanwhile, the weeks passed as if my verification were being personally reviewed by a committee of wise old monks.

In total, it ultimately took almost TWO months before the documents were finally reviewed. Two months. Nowadays, you can buy a house, get a driver's license, or record almost an entire Netflix series in less time. But reviewing a passport? Apparently, that turned out to be rocket science.

What made it even more frustrating was that I constantly had to chase the status myself. Not a single proactive communication from their side. No updates, no explanation as to why it was taking so long, no apologies for the delay. Just the same standard answer every time, as if I were stuck in a customer service time loop where no one ever actually checks anything.

And don't get me wrong: I understand that verifications need to be done carefully. Better safe than sloppy. But when you ask customers to upload sensitive documents like a passport and bank details, you should at least expect a normal process behind it with decent communication and reasonable processing times. Not as if your file first has to be reviewed by three departments, two board members, and an archaeologist.

Fortunately, everything was eventually completed, but honestly, the whole experience was mostly exhausting and frustrating. The trust you normally have with these kinds of procedures disappears quite quickly when you are left hanging in complete uncertainty for weeks.

In short:

- Uploading documents went fine.
- Getting responses was a struggle.
- Getting clarity was impossible.
- Waiting lasted about a geological era.
- Having to chase updates myself practically became a part-time job.

Hopefully, they improve their communication and processing times in the future, because this process honestly felt like I was trying to obtain a state secret instead of performing a simple verification.

What a scamming company bet 365 is. I won some money and they closed my account. Told me I had to set up a new account with a different email and different phone number. So they are telling me to buy another phone and set up another email address. They won't even put my winnings onto the debit card which I used to put funds into my bet365 account. Something tells me I'm never going to see that money. Avoid them like you aviod the plague.

Site works and looks good but everything else is a nightmare. Creating account and making a deposit works but after winning my bet and trying to withdraw, problems begin. I try to withdraw and they ask me to verify my identity. I send photo of my passport and they say it didn't pass, then I send photo of my driving licence, doesn't work. I went to the live chat, it was slow and they definetely wasn't trained. They just blocked my account without any good reason and said that nothing else can be done. After couple of hours of chatting, they said that withdraw is possible and against all odds I got all of my money which is only positive thing about this site.
