What a terrible company, please anyone dont use this company, the website is absolutly ridiculous, its impossible to use which is a good tactic to bet on the offers they have but to build your own is impossible, then i was promised a £30 free betting purchase as a new customer and never received it

I dont usually play casino but i had loose change on my account so i tried roulette. Four number 7s in a row . 35 reds in a row . Never evrr seen this happen in a real casino. Terrible customer service experience

Although I am disappointed with Bet365 I have given them 3 stars. I did so because I have been with them many years and they were always fair I thought and my go-to bookmaker. That has changed recently their offers and odds have become miserly - and yesterday they restricted my account for some unknown reason. They recently did the same for someone else I know, so not sure what's going on. Such a pity because they were always so good and fair. Other reviews here seem to indicate a general dissatisfaction with them. I suppose it's greed that changes the way they operate, surely a very short-sighted attitude.

On June 29, I created a bet365 account and deposited £100. When I tried to place a bet, my account was restricted because I needed to prove that I was over 18 years old. I submitted my passport, and my account was then verified, allowing me to place a bet.

However, when I tried to withdraw my money, my account was restricted again because I was asked to provide proof of my address.

I have submitted several different documents, and every one of them has been rejected for different reasons.

One of the reasons given was that the document was more than three months old, even though the instructions clearly state that the document can be up to six months old.

Despite following the instructions and submitting multiple different documents, they have all been rejected.

I was allowed to deposit money and place bets, but they refuse to verify my account so that I can withdraw my own money.

Rigged odds on blackjack don’t waste money on this shit site

They are scammers once you when high bet they deposit it to your account and then take it out again and act like it never happen so watch out they don’t like to loose

you never offered odds on the winner of the 4.25 at chepstow today. the horse too much trevor was omitted from the 4.25 on multiple platforms in error as the race was retitled. so in essence no one who bet on the race with 365 had a fair chance to win. it was in fact, impossible; additionally fully omitting a horse alters the entire book for that race both of which are firmly against the terms of your licence. you need to void all bets for all customers on this race. I hope it was a technical error but it should be a full cash refund. a fair card was not offered in error or not.

Closed my account and banned me from the platform within milliseconds of me trying to make an account. Support is absolutely useless and refused to tell me what I did wrong trying to sign up. Stay far away from this terrible company. Expect them to close your account at any moment and consider any money you put in gone. I'm highly recommending from now on to everyone I know that this is by far the worst online sports book website in the world. And looking through the other reviews, sounds like I got saved by them closing my account right away because it sounds like my money would have vanished at any moment.

As usual with this website, its a big betting day and you can't do a betbuilder or any multiple bets. This happens all to frequently. Perhaps the CEO should accept a lower bonus and put some of their money into improving the software.

It is really no surprise for me to see what the users are facing when using this app, I am going to post my story as well and warn others to be cautious while using this app and to know what they can expect.

I see many comments about casino, now although I don't play casino games, as a football fan I occasionally bet here and there on some football matches. Unfortunately, I have come to believe that this type of betting is also a huge casino scam as well. Basically I betted on four football games. On the first match, I was able to close the bet using the Cash Out function and won €22, however at the end of the match it happened that I guessed correctly I my predictions and I would have actually won over €200, but of course that is the idea of the Cash out function; to reduce your own risk. On the second football game however, the Cash Out option never appeared at any point during the game ( 2 hours full hours ) and it is misleading to offer a feature like this without providing clear and transparent criteria explaining to their users when, how, or why it is available and how it works. I have raised my concerns with the support team I was provided with very vague answers sort of like
- the option is not guaranteed
- you should not expect to be available
- read our page it’s stated there

When I have tried to engage in the conversation to understand more about their services I was told that this feature is being evaluated and accordingly enabled/disabled by internal trading team. Here is the thing me as a user/customer really means I have no way of knowing in advance whether I will actually be able to use it, I of course understand that the option may temporarily disappear while a goal, red card, or other key incident is being reviewed for a few minutes during the match itself, but cmon.. having the feature available for one match but not for another, without any clear explanation or pointing that on the website feels deliberately unfair ( game of cat and mouse between users and provider;, to basically outmaneuver each other ). Now if this isn’t pure scam then I do not know what it is.. Also after confronting this with the support they are of course being unable or unwilling to provide a specific explanation of when or why it is un/available. Also after leading this long conversation with the live chat agents who take every 10m to reply you get the fishy smell eventually leading the conversation and they will suspend your account, because I eventually waited like 30mins for their reply at the very end and when I refreshed the app I got a message that my account is limited and I am of course welcome to withdraw my funds if I have any, after trying to reconnect to the chat, I was unfortunately unable to. I also have screen record video of the app, but sadly I didn’t make a video where I was banned and refused any assistance from the support nor idea how to submit a complaint

I also want to point out that I was not rude, disrespectful, or aggressive toward the agents at any point. In fact I remained respectful and asked straightforward questions, but I was surprised that my account was suspended without any prior indication or explanation during the conversation. From my perspective taking such action without first providing clarification or a warning felt unexpected, unprofessional and unfair.

I tried to contact bet365. The live chat window showed an error. I filled out the contact form and that also showed an error: "Webform Submission failed, please try again later"

It was my mistake I wanted to bet on world cun and have fun I’m so stupid that I dident went to the kiosk down of my house do it in fun without investigations like police just because I wanted to have fun they block my accces they kept the funds and dident relase my funds even that I dident replace even a bet!!! They took my joy to bet and make it as hell and when I ask for help they told me give me 3-5 mins to investigate and always answer same shit answeres without to sort my problem I wish them to close and go bankrupt amen !!! They randomly limit your wager amounts and ban you from promotions without reason. If you win too much or bet markets they don't like, they will close your account.
Luckily I was allowed to withdraw everything.
