awful, worst bookie by a mile, didnt receive my free bets from the welcome offer, and when you go to the help page there is nowhere to resolve an issue regarding free bets with there chatbot and the 'contact us' via email link doesnt even work

Ana was excellent. I stupidly didn’t read the T&Cs on the welcome offer well enough and cashed out early, which meant my qualifying bet didn’t earn my free bets. I proceed to bet another qualifying bet and it didn’t work. So I started the live chat to see if anyone could help, thankfully I was placed with Ana who didn’t mess around with helping me and simply sorted my query with no hesitation. This Bookmaker is the worst what i saw. I started 5.9. with just 500$, during 5 days i won 1000$, so i had 1500$ and then they block my bets, because they wanted my ID, photos, receipt and statement, so i sent it. Today is 11.10. and i still CANT use my account, cant bets, cant withdraw my money. I called with them 5x times and still says the same sh+ts.
