What a shocking company. The casino is the worst I have ever known. It took £48 at 20p per spin to get a bonus and it paid £8!!! I hadn't used BF for quite a while as the last time it took 300 spins to get a bonus and it paid £5. 1 star is too many

I had an issue making a withdrawal which I attempted to resolve using the online chat service. The agent, Rahul provided the worst customer service i have ever encountered. I have subsequently closed my account as a result.

Honestly, I don't know what's going on with this company, they stopped paying BOG some time ago, but seems every time I get a winner they trim the odds, the last straw was yesterday i backed a winner ,it was returned 28/1,but I only got paid 20/1
That's me finished iam closing my account after nearly 10 years of business.

Great at first but as soon as I was winning,Betfair suspended my account I've uploaded the right documents many times over a period of 3 months every time I went on chat,only way you can get InTouch,kept asking me to upload again and again,when they replyed saying they have a huge backlog will get back to me
with in 24 hours,I uploaded documents again 2/2/2025,not even got a email reply,I still have money in account

After many years of using this site a message I had self-excluded appeared. I HAD NOT self-excluded. I spent a ridiculous amount of time on chat with robots all to no avail. Do not use this site. There ae plenty of other online bookmakers to choose from.

I lodged a complaint 3 days ago with the customer services department about a withdrawal issue, it will not allow me to withdraw my funds of £290 pounds, I provided a bank statement and was told this will be either transferred to my bank account or my card, here we are 3 days later after chasing them daily for my funds and being told by the customer service agents that this has been escalated as a priority and I will be contacted, no emails with any updates, this is scandalous to hold people's funds and everytime i keep getting fobbed off and they keep saying they have billions of enquiries raised everyday, cannot give me a timescale to receive my funds, please Betfair can I have my money by return or I'm taking this matter further with the the gambling commission and you can advise them why you will not transfer my funds to my account, totally unacceptable behaviour from which I thought was a reputable company and actually cared about their customers

Used Betfair for poker game. Another pointless poker site, same algorithm as the others. Not realistic play at all. How can you trust a gambling site when the poker is so fixed. Bye!

I used to bet every now and then on slots/horse racing and football with Betfair. No issues.

I self excluded myself for about five months. Spoke to a nice gentleman on chat last night 27th Nov from the safer gambling team. Spent an hour on chat going through my previous betting issues and how I have come out the other side a lot better. We agreed small deposit and loss limits to reactivate my account. Was told to wait 24 hours and then I would be able to place bets.
I tried to login, but it said account suspended. So I went on chat, only to be told that I needed to provide ID and proof of address. This was never mentioned to me in the initial chat to reactive my account.

No other online bookmakers such as Ladbrokes, William Hill have asked for ID. After baring my heart and soul for an hour on chat, just to be able to justify making small bets again, I think this is a step too far. And no I will not contact chat/customer service again, as I have already expended too much time and energy to get this account going again, just so I could place a few pound bets each week.

Only been with betfair for about 6 months and they always seem very straight and honourable to me.
Bets are settled very quickly and any losses are probably my own stupid fault.
Will continue to use them (in a very smalltime way)

I was playing on the roulette site yesterday and my banter was a little bit out of order they thought so they force my account whilst they did a fordabillty and wellbeing checks
To ensure I was ok which I am so all as ended well for my moment of being silly 😛

This website falsifies the true prices of a horse, and lowers the price as soon as you place a bet. There is no incentive value in using this site, and they never pay BOG.They rip you off at the deep end. example. i backed a winner and they only paid 10-1, on 16-1 beware of the scams they pull. I hope eventually they will lose there license via fair trading and gaming. Also their cash outs are rubbish. If they lay every bet.

When there are winning bets "Whoops! Problem with the platform and your bet was voided!". Losing bets? Platform works flawlessly. Avoid this platform at all costs!

Baffles me how a gaming platform can be that bad. You never win anything and they really need to be heavily investigated for fraud and scam. There is no change what they are doing is legal. Stay away and please report them everybody!

Garbage company, cash out offer dropped by £10 at half time when nothing is happening, rip off merchants in every way

Cash out has been suspended for about 40 minutes! My bets aren’t updating it’s ridiculous. Betfair are robbing scammers. You put your bet on and they don’t allow you to cash out at all. DO NOT USE

This app use to be one of the best about but now they just scam you like mad!! When you first sign in all is good but then after 5-10mins it’s like someone has hacked your account and can’t win nothing spent £400 on £1 a spin didn’t even get a bonus and I no some will say just luck of game but I play this game on other sites and shops a lot and there is no way you can Spend £400 and not got a bonus shocking behaviour from them been with them years but now they have lost a valuable customer stay away or if you do play the minute you Win withdraw because it will take the lot after playing more then 10mins

Blatantly scamming people on the slots no matter which stake you play take massive amounts off money to give little very little back can play 100 pound on ten pence spins to not even get a bonus or when it does gives u pennies complete an utter scam should be illegal to operate the way these do disgusting
