They are trying dirty tricks to avoid paying out on the recent ManU V manC FA Cup Final my wining bet,by using a scam, they say I need to provide proof of a card I used years ago that’s got nothing to do with the card I used to deposit the bet funds with, are they that stupid thinking people keep cards details that have either expired or were lost so have been replaced years ago, they will not pay out because the old cards are showing on the account, yet the scamming BETFAIR took my deposits when the others cards were on their and did not decline the bet then,but will not pay out now that’s fraud

Do not use this company. They take your money and do not pay out any winnings.
They use delay tactics by asking for PDFs about X, Y and Z and hide behind small print.

They have no call centre phone number and hide behind virtual chat which takes hours.

I have never known a company as crooked & bad as this.

Took ages to set up an account, sent in verification documents. Passport and proof of address?!? Then immediately after I finally got verified my account was shut down. When I contacted them to ask why, they said the security team could shut down any account and did not have to state a reason! Absolute sham! Now they have copies of my government ID but I am unable to even delete the account because I’m completely locked out. All very dodgy, avoid at all costs!

Why are so many casino slots blatant scams? TED Slot showed me 32 bonus teasers without giving one. Money ran out. My RTP on that slot stands around 30%. Disgraceful company.

Placed a bet on their price boost last night, on the Leeds vs Leicester game, Crysencio Summerville to have 2+ shots on target and Jamie Vardy to have 1+ shot on target. When the teams were announced I noticed that Jamie Vardy wasn’t even in the full 20 man Leicester squad, so I just assumed the bet would be voided. The game kicked off and it still showed as a live bet in my bets section. I have been back on since today and it is now in the settled bets as a loss and returns of £0.00. I have contacted customer services about the issue and they have informed me that it’s not their fault, the bet can’t be voided as it’s been settled now and they are unable to do anything about it. So I informed them that the bet physically could never have won as Jamie Vardy wasn’t in the squad and the woman politely just told me that again it’s not their fault and sorry for the inconvenience.

How can they just get away with taking a bet, the bet then not happening and just keeping the money.

Horrendous company. If something goes wrong i.e. you get hacked like me and money gets stolen they will bounce you about several support agents, none of which provide any helpful messages. After 3 hours of getting nowhere they referred me to the Safer Gambling helpline(??). They have awful site security and should not be trusted, they allowed my money to be withdrawn to an account I've never used.

Don’t bother betting on this site I put my first deposit on and played one of the slot machines and won £48 when I went to withdraw the money the suspended my account because there wanted proof of I,d so I uploaded everything there wanted and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for them to be reviewed been intouch with customer service ther keep passing me on to other teams and all I get is we are busy and we will ping you back make sure you have notifications on I am getting no satisfaction from them so I think there are scammers so don’t waste your money on this gambling site.

Good customer service

It is so unfair. They give you a wrong information on website, you place a bet using that information and they change it after. Tried to explain the issue with the contact center.. useless..
There are many other companies you can use that treat customer with more respect.
