Then, suddenly, they claimed my documents needed “manual verification.” Despite providing the same accurate information that the system already accepted, my files were rejected manually. This is a very serious allegation, yet no details were provided—not even when I specifically asked.
I genuinely have no idea what actions of mine could possibly be interpreted as cheating. I have played normally, followed the rules to the best of my knowledge, and have not engaged in any dishonest behavior. Being told that I have violated terms without being given any concrete explanation feels both unfair and extremely frustrating.
