As i am new user of betfury after played 2-3 bets in sportsbook they blocked my account as played very normal bets didnt break any terms and conditions not even any bonus. Now i cant able to login my deposit funds also they not ready to give what a expect from this type scam site its very unprofessional better stat safe. I am waiting for their response.

Literally a scam ! I’ve been using this site for 3 months, and there are often bugs issues with the account balance appearing and disappearing, problems with bonuses, etc. But today I literally got scammed. I placed a bet on a basketball quarter, and after the quarter ended, I realized they had changed the 2nd quarter to the 3rd one just to make me lose. Anyway, this site should be avoided at all costs, and the support keeps insisting the site is right despite all the bugs.

This is a fraudulent website, and today they directly closed my account because I won some money and made withdrawals.

I ask her to give me her bos or someone who can give me corect answer and i get this from her...

The platform is great, but the entire support and admin team are unheloful, callous and prejudiced... they ignore scam scam accounts and tip beggers while blocking others from chat when they point out issues there. RianBf, their admin leader, doesnt respond to messages ofter, and when he does he refuses to look into issues and becomes arrogant and deflective about said issues.... DONT PLAY THE ORINGALS... THEY ARE RIGGED

They want my user name... Ha why so I get full on banned? Because that is exactly what's happened to many others... They complain about certain issues , and the get banned from the site, account closed and and any balence on account restricted from them.. I enjoy the plat form and the players... But you guys need to seriously deal with your head moderator because he doesn't do his job properly

I have an account balance of about $1334 CAD and they are refusing to send me my balance. They are only allowing me to withdraw $282 of the full balance. This is unacceptable and they should allow me to withdraw the full amount. I was simply placing sports bets on the account and was suddenly shut down and only allowed to withdraw a small amount of my money.

Lost access to my old account and after SO MANY documents and proof sent that I own that respective account they finally gave me access to it.

On 02/10/2025, I had some slots gambling session on BetFury. I played as usuall in this manner:

- go over slots one by one

- spin till I got special bonus

- close it

- repeat until I have 0 on balance

- reassume the game one by one where I had a special bonus to take my winings.

All good so far, in first play, then in second one, I did exactly same but when I arrived at the point to open back one by one:

- Bigger Bass Bonanza (Pragmatic) , got my special bonus and got my winings from special bonus

- Big Bass Bonanza Mega Ways (Pragmatic) , got my special bonus and got my winings from special bonus

- Rotten (Hacksaw) , got my special bonus and got my winings from special bonus

- Lady Wolf Moon (BGaming), no special bonus and my bet spin moved to 0.1$

So a few minutes later, I contacted the support, explained and proofed what happend, today after 07/10/2025, I got some insane answer: the team confirmed all I described and the special bonus being unused and round just get closed with 5$ reward for the 3 triggers I hit.

So now support claims it was my fault, for not resumming it within 24 hours (even that I contacted the support and asked to be helped with about 1 hour later since that happened), how you supposed to play if a round vanish and you cannot resume, uhm. Cuz when I accesed the game I had a different round (a new one, instead getting the old re-assumed) Huh.

I created an account with betfury and made a deposit. I later placed a bet on a football match, the game won and i placed a withdrawal only to be informed that my account has been blocked and my funds seized.kindly look into this as this is fraud

When i withdraw my money they pending the transaction due to suspension game i verified my account and then they blocked my account due to passport expiration date i tried to provide anothet documents driver license they refused to activate my account they won't even give me back my deposit
