Terrible company that doesn't allow me to withdraw the money I earned because their withdrawal methods are trash. PLEASE give Norwegians the ability to just do Swift transfers to bank account, like any other human website. Why the fk do I have to deal with the trash that is MiFinity and Blixtpay, neither of who even works?

I literally did EVERYTHING I can do with both of these trash sites/softwares, and there's no avail. PLEASE allow me to just withdraw my money via SWIFT I beg you I literally have 1500 euros I can't withdraw because you guys cuck me beyond belief. just editing this review, this is the worst betting site I have ever used..when you win they will not let you withdraw, I do not bet small, I dont always win but when I do it's usually big, these guys dont like that....I am done with this company forever..they are not honest...simple as that...if you are thinking of taking them up on one of their offers (deposit 50 get 50) remember you will then have to turn that over 15 times before you can withdraw anything and even then they will come up with another excuse for you to keep your money with them...just dont sign up...there are many other reasonably decent companies...paddy power, boylesports, betvictor, bet365...dont get me wrong they are all trying to screw you but this company is the worst I have ever come across...

Bethard must be bankrupt or very close to it.
I have been waiting for over a month for my withdrawal, am fully verified, but every day the 'department' is still doing some checks before they can send the withdrawal.
Livechat and email service just give the same generic responses whenever you ask what is going on.
Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
My guess is they are bankrupt and are trying to stall payments as long as they can.
Don't deposit here as most likely you will never see it again.

So I wanted to withdraw my money, because my country was not supported anymore by bethard. When I tried that, the money rolled back in my account. And after 1 day the money disappeared. And when I tried to talk to support, they told me that the amount has been confiscated, because: when I registered,more than two years ago, I have made some mistakes when I was registering!!!! And they did not clarify what kind of errors!!!! And just like that, money disappeared......

This is a TOTAL scam site. They REFUSE to pay out winnings. They claim they have issues with withdraw. I won alot, and they took it. Never saw the money. Customer service doesnt care, they answer wage and dont fix the "problem". PLEASE stay away at all costs. THe site should be reported and shut down imidietly!

I have been waiting since October 4 to make a withdrawal of €120. They claim they are having issues withdrawing to MasterCard, give no warning of this and continue to allow you to deposit to them.

I provided a requested bank statement and they will not send me my funds.

Avoid at all costs.

The most terrible customer experience I've ever experienced. Waiting for 6 months now to withdraw money and they are always delaying the process. I personally think it's a big SCAM and they are doing that with all customers.

All these reviews can’t be wrong. Just read them and you will learn one thing on common. No matter how good the site looks and how much you win, they won’t pay you out.

FYI…. They have just been taken over by a new owner and they have gone from bad to terrible and just lie to extremes in order to avoid payments.

Watch out cancels bonuses without explanation. And of course when you are losing so you cant win back the money.
