Have to say ive been with bethard for 6 months now for their live casino. Great withdrawal service, fastest I've found, funds in my account within minutes

I would strongly suggest avoiding this site. I signed up and claimed the bonus deposit. It was showing in my account, but it was just showing as "initiated" and not "active". I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it.

I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!

The reason they gave was "You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you've placed a bet, I can't activate your bonus." Uhh, what?

It was only after I said I'll be forwarding our email to the gambling commission that they finally said they'll make an exception. I got my bonus in the end, but these guys are the shadiest bookie I've ever dealt with. Avoid!

Now that they are leaving the UK they cancelled my bets on NBA antepost that were already won but not settled. For ex. I had OKC ov32.5 wins in the season, they are already at 40 and instead of paying out they declared the bet cancelled cause they will settle that market after that they will leave the UK. Basically they are thief, and they stole me 400£. Don't think is legal their behaviour.

I thought this was a genuine site. And played on it a few times. But once u win it goes wrong from there I've never had so much trouble trying to get a win withdrawal. ID after ID sent everything they wanted and still wanted more.. After 4days I sent them a email saying I was going to contact gambling commission. It was in my bank 5mins after sending that. Terrible via in-chat customer service. They are rude. A woman named Sarah and another one named Ilari closed my account without my permission and did not refund my account balance back into my bank card. This company is very disorganized. They ask you to send them a lot of documents and then they come up with any excuse to keep your money. #SCAM ***NOT RECOMENDED

Used them for a while...account verified..then they wanted proof of wealth...sent documents..wasn't approved...apparently cause im not wealthy enough...my moneys not good enough...everyone circumstances are different....for them 2 say my money isn't good enough...is a disgrace...what I do with my money..is my business....having to explain my wealth to them is a joke....never had trouble with a other betting site.....give it a year these be out of businesses..what happened to equality..thought we were in 2020......

First will start with good sides of that company because there are few. Bethard verify first before play and bet, withdrawal is fast and easy. That are only good sides. Customers service is just copy paste something and they are not very familiar with the things. The betting limits-awful, disrespectful to the players. We have already 2 weeks dispute about the verification of source of wealth. I already sent bank statements from my UK bank account for last 1 year, sent screenshots from other profits from sportbooks, even sent them bank statements of my second not UK bank account. The answer all the times was 5-6 timea the same-

The reason I'm reaching out to you today is to inform you that the payments team still requires you to upload some information to your Bethard account. The payments team has requested a screenshot from other casinos showing the net profits and a bank statement showing transactions made to Bethard.

I was told about this rouge site so done a very controlled audit on bethard casino and can tell anyone who reads this if you have money to waste go for it but my advice is to stay well away .
i am not a angry customer or anything like i did a very controlled game play and knew i was going to lose my money after the first month as when i did my first month audit i was running then at 39% which i thought was shocking but every week it dropped by almost 2% after 4 months i was down to 11% payout just saying try else where.... all my finding are availale to who ever wants also they dont show there rtp and dont have a fairness dedicated page all they show is there workers enjoying your hard earned money please take care if your sucked in by this casino

I deposited with them using EUROS and i received the money converted into CAD do not use this service or else they will run with your money.

Someone hacked me on facebook, then started sending requests to facebook groups , once in the group they started spamming a bethard link in the groups promissing big wins. Now i wonder who would bother spamming someone elses link if they are not making from it . Must have been these guys who hacked me or else it dont make sense . Wouldnt trust them AT ALL !!!

Slots were ok but when I went to withdraw I had to supply a picture of my passport bank card utility bill. Done this (but not happy) all got verified so a week later I attempt another withdrawal and then get told I need to supply evidence of proof of wealth and source of income. I read through T &Cs and this is not in there but they sent me what I guess is a copy of different T & Cs and ended the live chat. So I guess I’m screwed.

I placed the first bet with cash funds and then the 2nd bet with the same selection with the retain option. The bet won, once the bet was settled somehow it was settled as a loser. Never ever bother leaving a review,but feel the balance needs 're dressing on this site.
