Firstly. When you can't deposit money into your account and it states that there's a system error to contact support In which you do. For support to ask me to record the steps to depositing money into my account so they can see where I went wrong, like it's my first rodeo. First of all it's a system error. That's on your side not mine.
Second thing is you send me an email to try this wham bam new access to the app in super special speed time which I try and the it asks me to press accept that I'm playing outside of my country of Australia so I press decline coz I'm not and it cuts me off and say something went wrong. You have all my details and used me this crap.
Next you should put your Web guys through some basic spelling classes. It look so unprofessional when a pop up appears to try their latest games and the word latest is missing the letter t on the end.
From the get go this has been frustrating and by looking at the other reviews it goes to show.
All the signs are leading me to believe that this a scam.

Refusing to pay out, saying that i have to place another 66 bet for the 3x roll, which i did. They are still claiming 5 is not wagered even though i have supplied proof and its clear to see that i have rolled more than 3x. Asked me for all kinds of documents and selfie which i provided and it was verified. After i supplied all the proof and was fully verified, they are ignoring my messages about being blocked from placing and sports/casino bets and asking to wager 5 more.
