Internet thieves (scam merchants) - Achtung!
I just opened an account with BIA so that I could access OrbitX. Deposited $50 USD and could not access the OrbitX account because of a "403 error".
Got onto the chat and was informed that a ticket was created and someone would discuss the issue with me via email (zendesk).
Received a generic email telling me to get a VPN, even though I was already using one.
Requested a refund and all I got was complete silence from BIA. The beauty about Australian Banks is they don't muck about if you action them properly, so will eventually get a refund from them because BIA are internet thieves and one thing we know about internet thieves is they won't voluntarily refund your money!

Horrible policies
If you put money here its impossible to get it out + they take a fee from everything you do.
You can deposit a minimum of 50€ with a 1% fee but cant withdraw less than 50€ so you need to deposit more with the same fee. You cant withdraw money from here unless you have played something. If you dont wager your money 1.5 times they take a 5% fee from your withdrawal. If you happen to win a bet I think it was a 2 or 3% fee they take. Just dont use it its not worth it.

Delayed withdrawals or Scam?
I played with them much usual in last 2 weeks and I could not make profit ultil yesterday so all of my withdrawals were processed normally. But after winning some money, they got delay all of my withdrawals with the reason “ waiting on clearance from Orbit while they check your betting activity” while I had no profit in this platform and I almost played at Black (my Orbit P&L is -542 eur). I always bet on prematch events so what are they checking?

My BetInAsia Review after two days
I recently signed up for a BetInAsia account so that I could start using the Orbit Exchange. So far the experience has been a very positive one. Customer Service has been excellent answering any questions I had very promptly (via email).
For anyone considering BIA as a broker I would say give them a try. There are always teething troubles when opening betting accounts. I had issues with my Orbit account being suspended at first but that was just me not paying attention. All I'll say about that is be very careful which URL you use to login as there is only 1 that is accepted. BIA got that straightened out for me very quickly.
I managed to deposit money without hassle and as yet I haven't withdrawn so can't comment but I don't expect any issues. The Orbit Exchange platform has been solid though I did have to use a VPN to get through to it (I'm in Canada) but maybe that was because I was using the incorrect URL at first.
All in all I'm very happy with the service so far. 5 stars for great customer service

These are scammers, stay away.
I uploaded $50 to my account as I was told I could not access their products unless I deposited first. $50 was the minimum deposit.
After depositing this money I attempted to access their products but none of them worked. I then tried to withdraw the $50, however, in order for them to refund me, they asked me to send in bank statements and ID documents... they cited KYC regulations, however, they didn't request this information when I first signed up, only after I tried to withdraw the $50 they insisted I deposit.
After lengthy discussions they told me that I am not going to get my money back at all. They have kept it for themselves.
So, to summarise, they lied to me about the products they offer (none of them work), they then stole my money, they then attempted to steal my identity.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEN ROB YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I switched to orbit because betfair is shut down in my region and i can really recommend it. Especially customer service is one of the rare instances in betting where they actually seem to care to work with you on issues you face. Other than that Liquidity and odds are what you expect from betfair odds and the 3% comission seems to be on the lower side as well.
