Its becoming a one stop shop with lighting needs. most AV companies normally dont have the same brand. Betopper carries complimenting lights. I would like to see a par wash with a ring Ip65/8.

Absolutely blown away by the Betopper LF350 strobes and LB295 moving heads. The lighting effects are outstanding - crisp, bright, and perfect for my high energy sets. The performance is rock‑solid, and I was genuinely surprised at how little setup time they needed.DMX control is exceptional. The fixtures respond instantly, scenes snap cleanly, and programming feels effortless even in a fast workflow.

Overall, a great experience with Betopper. Quality gear, reliable performance, and serious value for anyone wanting to level up their lighting rig.

Been rocking with BeTopper for a minute now and I can genuinely say the experience has been solid.

I use my lights for everything live shows, DJ sets, parties, different venues so I need gear that can move with me and give me options. The LF350s have become a regular part of my setup because I can get a lot out of them without carrying around a crazy amount of equipment.

I did have an issue with one of my lights, but honestly that’s where they earned some points with me. I reached out, they were responsive, took care of it and got me a replacement. Stuff happens with gear, especially when you actually work it. How a company handles it matters more to me.

For the price, I’ve gotten a lot of value out of the lights and I’m actually adding more BeTopper gear to the setup now.

Good product, good people, good experience. Can’t really ask for much more than that.

Great shopping experience, I've bought a LM0740D and it's very versatile and with some amazing effects on DMX mode, the build quality is excellent, I'm very happy with the experience.

Quality of products is definitely higher than other brands in the same price range but what really makes the difference is their customer service, they always respond to any question and solve problems very soon!

I had the chance to try out the LM1915P, and I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it. It’s a powerful light that works well in larger rooms, with bright, impressive effects and easy DMX connectivity.

The fixture itself is on the larger side, but it feels solid and well-built with durable, heavy-duty plastic. I especially like the built-in handles on the bottom, which make transporting and positioning the light much easier.

The included mounting bracket is a little different from what you might expect if you’re planning to mount the fixture, but not necessarily in a bad way—it’s just something to be aware of.

Overall, the LM1915P delivers a lot of power, great effects, and solid construction. I’ve been very happy with it. I now have 3 in my line up.

Customer service is very slow to respond, and that is the reason for the three star rating. utlimately, they did replace the defective unit, but not before I had to buy a new one to replace the one in my rig, then wait approximately a week and a half for them to analyze my video and send a replacement. While the replacement is good, it is now simply a spare, and I still had to buy another unit to keep my show rig going.

On 05/15/25 we purchased 2 Betopper L1015 10x15w RGBW Moving Beam LED Light Bars. after receiving them, we did not use them due to our current stage Lighting set up. A year and two months after receiving them, we finally opened the boxes and our Lighting tech found out that one light wasn’t working properly. I sent Betopper an email containing a video of the light and the explanation of the malfunction. Betopper stood behind their product and sent us a brand new one free of charge. And this light works great. Truly a company with great customer service!!!! Thanks again!

I am the Team Oversight and Production Manager for a weekly event and the moment a light stop working I though the process of a return and fix of a light I bought 9 months ago will be very complicating. To my amazement, the support team at Betopper was speedy, helpful and provided a rapid adequate UPGRADED replacement. I could not be more pleased with their service! 100% recommend.

Great lights for the price! I’ve been playing 25+ years in a popular regional country band in the upper Midwest. How do you get to be a sponsor or be sent lights for review? I see the ads for your lights and these lower rate DJS could do a way better job on showing off the capabilities. For instance, I ordered 12 of your 4808 lights to replace my old ADJ Mega Pars. Major selling point that not one person has covered. These lights fit inside a standard 1x1 foot global truss so you can leave them installed on the inside for faster setup and tear down. I have pictures and videos of my setup if you would like to see them. I plan on purchasing some of your other lights here in the near future.

Having been in the DJ industry for over 30+ years I’ve had experience with many name brand and off name brands, lighting, and sound products, and after purchasing multiple products from B topper I have to say I am more than pleasantly surprised by the quality build and overall design of the products that they have. Will definitely be going back to purchase more and would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, lighting, and affordable price.

Ordered new lights for our church sanctuary. 4 were damaged in transit and after submitting the requested information they replaced the damaged ones with an upgraded set! Great customer service and quick response. Will order more from them when needed.

My first experience with BetopperDJ

This was my first purchase from BetopperDJ.com, and I have to say that I’m quite impressed with their after-sales service.

After several purchases of some pretty questionable products, a friend told me about Betopper. I had been checking them out online for quite some time and finally decided to give them a try. I purchased two L1015 light bars and four L0740 moving heads, along with the flying cases.

When the shipment arrived, one of the light bars came in a completely damaged box, with no manual or power cord. There was only the light bar inside.

Fortunately, I had purchased shipping insurance through XCotton. I made a video showing the damage and sent it to Betopper. They replied the very same day, despite the 18-hour time difference between Quebec and East Asia.

They forwarded the information to the insurance company, who contacted me afterward to let me know that they would make arrangements to compensate me.

And they did exactly what they said they would: I received a third light bar completely free of charge.

The same thing happened with one of the flying cases for the L0740s. One of the compartments was missing a support bracket. I simply reported it to Betopper so they could inform their quality control department, explaining that I already had what I needed to fix the issue. I wasn’t asking them for anything at all.

To my surprise, they sent me a brand-new flying case to replace the defective one!

I highly recommend BetopperDJ.com. The quality of their products is impressive. I’m currently integrating them into my setup, although I haven’t had the chance to fully test everything yet.

The manuals are also very complete, especially when it comes to the menu, different modes, and settings.

I also strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance through XCotton. In my case, their service was impeccable.

And the icing on the cake: I write to Betopper in French, and they reply to me in my language!

Première expérience d’achat chez Betopperdj.com. Et je dois vous dire que je suis assez impressionné par leur service après vente.

Après plusieurs achats de fixtures assez douteux, un ami m’a parlé de Betopper. Je les regardais depuis un certain temps sur le net. J’ai finalement acheté deux barres L1015 et quatre moving L0740 avec les coffres de transport.

À la livraison, une barre est arrivé dans une boîte complètement défoncée, sans manuel ni power corde. Il n’y avait que la barre. Heureusement, j’avais pris une assurance avec la compagnie XCotton. J’ai fais un vidéo que j’ai envoyé à Betopper. Ils m’ont immédiatement répondu la journée même (décalage de 18 hrs - Je suis au Quebec et eux en Asie de l’est). Ils ont transmit l’info à la compagnie d’assurance qui m’a contacté par la suite pour m’informer qu’ils allaient prendre un arrangement pour me dédommager. J’ai reçu une troisième barre tout-à-fait gratuitement. Même chose avec un coffre de transport pour les L0740. Dans un des compartiments, il manquait un support. Je l’ai juste rapporté à Betopper pour qu’ils avisent le département de la qualité, en leur disant que j’avais ce qu’il faut pour corriger la situation. Je ne leur réclamais absolument rien. Surprise, ils m’ont envoyé un coffre pour remplacer le défectueux.

Je recommande vraiment Betopperdj.com. La qualité de leurs produits est remarquable. Je suis à les intégrer dans mon set-up. Pas encore testé. Les manuels sont complets (pour le menu, les différents modes et les paramètres).

Je recommande également de prendre une assurance sur la livraison avec la compagnie XCotton. Service impeccable.

Et la cerise sur le gâteau, je leur écris en français et ils me répondent dans ma langue.
