Fast Service

Fastly delivers to my email like within 4 hours. But it cost 28 CHF instead of 18 CHF.

Yes, it costs more when you buy it from us. This is because we have to maintain the system that connects with all the community offices, which allows us to quickly get and deliver digital files mostly within hours, while the most offices still send it by postal mail within one or two days. Also different to them, we have a system in place that allows for verification of said digital file, making each digital copy of it an original, while when you need several originals purchased directly at the community offices, they would each cost you 18 CHF.

Slow and bad

Its my 3rd time now and I think there is sufficient evidence that the “90% of cases is handled within 24 hours” is just flat out wrong. the fastest case was 2 workdays but the 2 other cases took longer. I guess the core reason to select a supplier is speed. Anyway, the platform looks like the last CMS system from the 90s and the generally it feels user experience is an afterthought.

Is it possible, you had to get all three documents from the same community office?

We depend on the speed or connection type of those offices, and while from most offices we get the documents on the same day, there are still some, around 10% of offices, who are not well connected with the eSchKG system. That is why we say we deliver fast in 90% of cases. The 10% slower delivery is not because of us, it is because 10% of offices deliver slower and we have no influence over that.

This also means, if once you discover your community office delivers slow, it will also deliver slow the next time.

Wrong Product, no Correction Options, bad Customer Service

Even though I was asked for my address during the login process, the website did not process that information at all. On top of that and due to the poor design of the website, was I only shown my old address after the order was already submitted (which was an old address from 2014, which I was never given the chance to review during the order process). As there is no option to cancel the order (they only seem to want your money), I had immediately written customer service about the issue. However I only got an answer after my order was already processed and even though I reiterated the issue I never got another answer. Now I have spent 37 CHF (online) for a 17 CHF service (offline), which isn't even providing me with the correct product I was looking for. Bad customer service, even worse website design, never again!

Dear customer. This case happened some years ago and we only did find out about your complaint here today by accident. We normally respond to such a problem and initiate the money-back process, so we suppose, if this did not happen, we were not really contacted about this.
