The website said the electric toothbrush I ordered would ship in 2 - 4 weeks. It's now been 11 weeks. Three times they have told me it would ship in a week. The website still says it would ship in 2 - 4 weeks. Very deceptive. I'm considering disputing the charge with my bank.
This place is a complete scam. I ordered a brush and it was to be processed within 1-2 business days and then ship with 3-5 business days. I waited over a month, contacted customer service and they said that they are on backorder and it would ship within 1-2 more weeks. They never contacted me to know that my order was backordered, but I had to chase them down after 4 weeks. Even better, the additional 2 weeks came and went and my order still did not ship. I contacted them again (they didn't reach out to me again). This time, they gave me a 10% refund and promised to "ship within the next week". Now and additional 9 days have came and went and still no toothbrush or communication from them. It has been 62 days since my order! Do not buy anything from this scam of a company
Totally deceptive advertising. Ordered a 3-pack of toothbrushes with a subscription for brush head refills every few months, only to find out that the refill includes only 1 brush head and not three. ?!? They intentionally make it appear as if the subscription refill is for the product you ordered (in my case, a 3-toothbrush pack). They know exactly what they're doing and it's a complete rip-off. And good luck getting your payment method deleted. Now they've got your cc information with no way of you getting rid of it. And the FAQ section? Completely empty. What is it with this business?? Caveat emptor!
