I had some problems making the order and the co-founder was happy to call me personally and sort it out. I definitely recommend buying from them, they are lovely.

We love our Betterfelt slippers and have bought several pairs. We've even given them as gifts. I had a pair that had a small defect so I called the company. They were very helpful and graciously sent me a replacement pair.

Fantastic! I was so happy to get my slippers! I opted for the reddish orange ones and couldn't be more pleased.They fir perfect, and are very cozy warm. I wear them all the time in the house, as we have concrete floors. They do shed a little wool occasionally, but absolutely no complaints from me. They're my favorite slippers so far.

These are the best slippers ever. This is my second pair. I bought a pair in Copenhagen four years ago and they finally wore out. But considering that I live in New England in a cold house where it’s slipper weather nine months of the year, that’s really good. Plus they are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever owned. They are worth every penny. Or every krone, if you buy them in Denmark. ;)

i felt great buying these slippers. They are all natural and feel great on my feet. Love the leather to keep me grounded!! And the price was very reasonable for a great product.

Having slipped and fell down my steps, I especially love the nonslip rubber soles on these slippers. They also keep my feet nice and warm!

I loved the thought of purchasing slippers that were ethically sourced and made, so I was happy to find these. I ordered to size, however they were about a size too big which I haven’t minded so much. Otherwise they are super warm and comfy! My only complaint is that they do pill up pretty significantly so I’m almost daily having to pull small balls of the wool off my slippers. I hope they’re durable and last a while!

I absolutely love these slippers. Warm, comfortable, my feet don't get sweaty in them, just perfect. They go on my feet the second I get home.

LOVE the boots with rubber soles. They make great indoor/outdoor slippers, are high enough to keep my ankles warm but easy to get on and off with just a tug. I had to make an exchange (the original ones, which were a gift, were the classic slippers and were nice, but I wanted the low cut boots to keep my ankles warm and foot in place), and customer service was friendly and made it easy. The low cut boots were just what I was hoping for. I also love that it's an eco-friendly and fair trade company. Just know that if you want rubber soles, they are listed as "shoes" on the website, whereas the suede soles are listed as slippers.

I love these wool lined Mocs; my second pair. Only comment is that the wool felt liner comes off in small chunks every time I wear them. If that aspect could be improved that would be advantageous for your business I would think.

Great product, sturdy. I have a high instep and a little snug there but are breaking in well. Sizing was as expected. Great customer service, contacted me to confirm my size selection (bought two pair one size apart, different uses) before shipping.
