Experience was great! First time using betterlovedolI and first time purchasing any doll, had accidentally enter the wrong shipping address and just about had a heart attack lol but David was very helpful and fixed it for me. Comes in a tall discreet box. The doll is beautiful but I guess I didn't realize how heavy and awkward moving around 90+ lbs would be, been getting quite the workout just dressing and positioning her and trying not to smash my toes from the metal rods in the feet lol. Next purchase will definitely be something in the 50lbs range, but also fun surprise to me, I didn't know her mouth opens a little too! All in all I recommend this 100% but I wish I would have done a little more research on TPE/silicone dolls and upkeep and maintenance, seems like there's a lot of things I gotta do/buy to keep her in good shape.

I had ordered a stand for my doll which was sturdy and holds the doll nicely.

I spent a long time searching for a Real Doll, hoping it would help me find some meaning in my life. After much deliberation and saving money, I decided to buy from BetterLoveDoll because it was the least expensive and seemed like a safe option, even though it was a new website compared to RosemaryDoll or DollPark Germany. I wasn't sure if it was safe at first, but David's excellent customer support and thorough answers to my many questions reassured me. His support was the best I've ever experienced, which made me trust BetterLoveDoll.

I bought a Fanreal Maria doll, which was produced in one month and arrived three weeks later. I placed my order on April 8th, and it arrived on May 29th. The delivery was smooth, and the product itself was perfect, without any damage or issues. However, I was personally disappointed because owning a Real Doll did not help me as I had hoped, not nearly. End I’m regretting to bought one because is didn’t anything for me. I should mention I have some mental problems like my life is nonsense and i can’t enjoy anything, so and I thought that would be help me but not at all. This disappointment is entirely personal.

Despite my personal disappointment and problem, I can definitely recommend BetterLoveDoll for those looking to buy a Real Doll. It’s really in my opinion the best place where you can buy a doll regarding my experience

Although the first doll had an issue it was quickly replaced with one that is working as intended and David helped every step of the way.
