Actually really good

Actually really good. Customer service was and is on point. Very satisfying and tbh out of many companies i dealt with these guys refunded me without any issue at all. I hadn't realised I had subscribed but once I did I emailed and within the hour it was sorted thank you for your honesty. Ill definitely consider joining in the future. Regards Adriano

Issue resolved

They resolved my issue in probably less than a half hour total. They responded to my emails and my concerns. I would have given five stars if there had not been an issue at all, but I think perhaps the clarity in their subscription policy and when money would actually be withdrawn from an account prior to the next cycle was unclear.

Excellent customer service

I signed up thinking this would be a great way to stay motivated with working out but was far too busy with helping someone with end of life care. I also got diagnosed with ADHD during that time which explains why I forgot to cancel for a long time. The team reviewed my case and refunded me my subscription as I never used it. If I'm ever in a place to use such a tool again, I will consider them first due to their kindness. thank you Kate and Eve!

Really great experience with BetterMe…

Really great experience with BetterMe support. I had questions about using the calisthenics kit with my program, and they walked me through everything and helped adjust my plan quickly. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and they made sure I was set up the right way. Appreciate the support—definitely recommend!

Walked me through a process that with my age and lack of tech savvy I couldn’t put together a plan to follow. Not only that but the encouragement once I got my exercise plan was so helpful in inspiring me to work out gently.

Payment not reflecting on app

I initially did face issues as my subscription was not getting linked to my app. However, the team has resolved the issue. Thank you Bruce from the customer service team for helping me.

Starting from Ground-Zero

Hi, in the last 2 1/2 years I've had 2 hip replacements so Ive been virtually avoiding any major exercise programs. I've always been very active as a building contractor, and at the gym, so I figured in order to jump-start my system I'd begin with the most basic of programs; I chose BetterMe. After 2 sessions, I can honestly say that I am not disappointed. In fact, I was a little skeptical about starting with such a basic program, but your program is exactly what I needed....it literally kicked my butt. Despite the fact that the first 2 days was a bit embarrassing for me since they were so elementary, but as it turned out, each day I felt like I had been run over by a football team. It's been a week now and I'm still getting reaquainted with new muscles...lol. Thankyou so much for your program. It's definitely exactly what I needed to get back in the game....thankyou...Ty

Quick response over my accidental multiple order!

On March 24 I accidentally ordered 2 Fitness Trackers and could also not find in my phone where to enter the promo code. I emailed the Help Center and within 2 days they reimbursed me for the second purchase, as well as adjusted my total to include the promo discount. I was very pleased with their quick response and reimbursement to my account. Excellent service!

Worlds best callistetics app

They were very good I didn’t read the agreement properly that I was gonna have to keep paying but I asked for a refund and they kindly gave me one. This app is very good an will help u with ur mental an physical state I highly recommend it

Scammed out of $99.99 without signing up for it. Don’t fall for the “free” trial!

Signed up for the free trial period and without warning, with no agreement, they charged me $99.99 for a three month further period. The free trial obviously comes with charges attached therefore it is not free. I am now in a silence game with their customer service where they have asked me to cancel my subscription before I can apply for a refund and they have ceased communicating. This feels like a scam and my bank will be pursuing the charges.
