Actually really good. Customer service was and is on point. Very satisfying and tbh out of many companies i dealt with these guys refunded me without any issue at all. I hadn't realised I had subscribed but once I did I emailed and within the hour it was sorted thank you for your honesty. Ill definitely consider joining in the future. Regards Adriano

I signed up thinking this would be a great way to stay motivated with working out but was far too busy with helping someone with end of life care. I also got diagnosed with ADHD during that time which explains why I forgot to cancel for a long time. The team reviewed my case and refunded me my subscription as I never used it. Hi, in the last 2 1/2 years I've had 2 hip replacements so Ive been virtually avoiding any major exercise programs. I've always been very active as a building contractor, and at the gym, so I figured in order to jump-start my system I'd begin with the most basic of programs; I chose BetterMe. After 2 sessions, I can honestly say that I am not disappointed. In fact, I was a little skeptical about starting with such a basic program, but your program is exactly what I needed....it literally kicked my butt. Despite the fact that the first 2 days was a bit embarrassing for me since they were so elementary, but as it turned out, each day I felt like I had been run over by a football team. It's been a week now and I'm still getting reaquainted with new muscles...lol. Thankyou so much for your program. It's definitely exactly what I needed to get back in the game....thankyou...Ty

On March 24 I accidentally ordered 2 Fitness Trackers and could also not find in my phone where to enter the promo code. I emailed the Help Center and within 2 days they reimbursed me for the second purchase, as well as adjusted my total to include the promo discount. I was very pleased with their quick response and reimbursement to my account. Excellent service!

They were very good I didn’t read the agreement properly that I was gonna have to keep paying but I asked for a refund and they kindly gave me one. This app is very good an will help u with ur mental an physical state I highly recommend it

Signed up for the free trial period and without warning, with no agreement, they charged me $99.99 for a three month further period. The free trial obviously comes with charges attached therefore it is not free. I am now in a silence game with their customer service where they have asked me to cancel my subscription before I can apply for a refund and they have ceased communicating. This feels like a scam and my bank will be pursuing the charges.
