I absolutely love this app, it gave me a personalized workout plan that worked really well for me and wasn't too much at the beginning in progressively got harder and harder at a rate that I was happy with. Even when I messed up and didn't cancel my subscription when I meant to I contacted support and they were more than happy to help me and refund me the money that I was missing a fantastic app and I would recommend it to everybody

Signed up for 3 months, then received 2 surprising charges for £94.85 and £79.99 unauthorised and not advised of charges.
They have written back to me to tell me the charges were clearly laid out - they were not.
I am not someone who would pay over £700 a year for coaching!!
BEWARE of hidden and undisclosed charges!
Scam and underhand as usual with websites offering free or discounted subscription.
They say the charges are clear at point of sale, pre taking your money and post sale - THEY ARE NOT.

I had a very positive experience with the service. The response time was fast, communication was clear, and my issue was handled efficiently without any hassle. They understood the problem immediately and resolved it smoothly.
The instructions included with the package were clear and easy to follow. The videos are helpful, but they could be improved further. The exercises would be easier to follow if multiple camera angles were shown, giving a better view of each movement.
It would also be a great addition if the videos included some form of interactive guidance after the start signal—such as counting along or a steady beat sound. This would help create a rhythm, making the exercises easier to follow and more engaging to stick with.
Overall, a reliable and professional service that I would recommend

I had issues with the app after I installed it. I couldn't log in or reset my password. I contacted their team and they got back to me within minutes to sort it out. Great customer service despite a not so great start with the app

i was unable to start my class due to family member getting sick. betterme customer service heard me and gave me a free extension anytime when i was ready to come back to resume my class. i came back after 2 years and they still honoured it.

Excellent customer service..I signed up for a discounted trial and this converted to a full membership at the end of the trial period.. in the meanwhile, I totally forgot about this app and never used it even once.. I am sure it’s good but I never used it..when I reached out to customer service, they refunded the renewal amount and canceled the membership.. prompt communication!

The Customer service response was a bit lengthy and time taken process but if ending is good then we didn't mind the problem. So my honest review is BetterMe is very good app to improve our physique.

I was excited to give this app a try. Soon after I began (not related to the BetterMe calisthenics), my chronic rotator cuff injury flared up and I have been unable to continue. I will have surgery in late May and am facing months of rehab and physical therapy.

I enjoy that I can do this in the privacy of my home with no equipment but a mat. I am not a gym person and so this suits me well and can be done any time of the day or night that suits me. Excellent customer service who responded promptly to my query when my subscription expired without having completing the course due to a family bereavement- it resolved in a timely manner and my course period extended.

Signed up for a discounted 12 week plan. I didn’t use it so don’t know if it’s any good. But after twelve weeks I get stung with a £97 charge for a subscription that I didn’t know I had signed up to. When I contacted the company and explained this they have refused to refund the money taken from my account. They have then had the cheek to repeatedly email me asking me to sign up for other “special” offers. Avoid this company and all of the other versions of BetterMe that you’ll find on trustpilot, they’re all the same scam.
Update - following my review on TrustPilot I have received a full refund for the unwanted subscription. Because of this I am happy to change my rating from 1 star to 3. As I said previously I don’t know how effective the programmes are and I no longer consider this to be a scam. However I should not have had to post a 1 star review to get my money back. Perhaps BetterMe should consider updating their refund policy.
